A first time of many others to come!

The parking is very spacious and close to the rooms, the breakfast was delicious and very diverse, the room had a marvelous view and a very comfortable balcony. My wife fell in love with the place and we're likely going back soon!

Poor

great walk into town. Rooms are on the water so views are great. Loads of sunbeds. Bar open most of the day.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. You're made to feel like an inconvenience as an English person and felt ignored on several occassions. The staff don't seem to engage with English speakers the same way they do Germans. Definitley a good hotel for families. It is not the most relaxing experience for couples and on that basis I wouldn't come back again. I am sure you can get a lot better for your money elsewhere.

Superb

Right on the lake so easy access to swimming. Amazing, could swim all day. Nice gardens and lookout from hotel bar and restaurant.

Very hard to get luggage to hotel from where the ferry lands. I had heavy luggage and it was a long walk along uneven cobble stones to the taxi rank, so arrived very hot and bothered. Was able to book transfer back to the ferry though. I had the ‘end’ ground floor room which was lovely but unfortunately the view to the south was completely blocked by a hedge that separated the next property. Views across the lake and to the north were beautiful though.

The room was small with very old furniture, which smelled. The room has no isolation and we could hear everything what happened outside and in neighbors. The bed was uncomfortable.

Amazing location with a charming retro vibe

The location is stunning and unique, it is truly the best spot you can find in Limone. Also the building is so interesting architecture wise, with a real Modernist vibe.

Breakfast could be improved as at the moment is very basic.

Tutto molto pulito, personale cordiale e simpatico, posizione perfetta sia per la spiaggia che per raggiungere il paese. La colazione era abbondate e buonissima. Volentieri di nuovo!
