The ideal place to relax

This is a fantastic complex with good outdoor area, bar pool etc, private beach, you can book 2 sun loungers with table and umbrella around pool or on beach for you whole stay for €2 per day, good on-site parking. Bar has live entertainment a lot of nights. We only had breakfast included in or booking, but upon check in we were told we could also have dinner for €20, for our 4 night stay we took up this offer, the salad bar was some of the best and freshest I have seen, with a choice for starters, main and sweets.

Like a lot of hotels in italy English is a struggle but not a problem

If my travels required, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Centrale was within walking distance. Ferries within walking distance. Lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was beyond great.

The parking lot was across the street, but not too far away from the hotel. Wasn’t really told about the amenities i.e. the pool, etc..

Amazing property with lots to do on site including ping pong, tennis courts (have to pack specific shoes), pool, and lake beach. The staff were able to help us with our air conditioning which worked great. Breakfast was fantastic! And easy parking on site.

Wish we knew we had to bring certain shoes to use the clay tennis courts!

Brilliant location, absolutely beautiful and easy to walk into the town. Staff very friendly and great with children. The beach front bar was so beautiful and a favourite of ours. Room in casa Madre was new and clean. Overall a lovely stay.

Our only issue was feeding our young kids. Dinner was late at 7pm when travelling with two young kids this wasnt ideal. The beach front bar only served food for 2 hours at 1230, so it was tricky to get them fed at times with hot food. Dinner at the hotel wasn't great we mostly went out so this wasn't an issue.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view and location

The view from the balcony was stunning! The hotel has a great swimming pool, a private entrance to the lake, a restaurant for lunch and dinner, and it is located in a great position. My 10 is for the staff at the reception that helped us a lot when we had a special request.

Expected more for the price. Great location! Nice staff. Uncomfortable beds. Horrible shower.

I thought the location of this hotel was amazing! right on the lake with beautiful views from our room and from the dining hall. The pool was really big and right on the lake. Loved it! The breakfast buffet was good but not great. The staff was incredibly friendly and so nice to us! We brought along our dog and the staff was very welcoming.

I expected a higher quality in the hotel rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and they were 2 twin beds pushed together, which I can sort of understand in Italy, but it's 2020 and this hotel had 4 stars, invest in an IKEA queen or king-size bed with ONE mattress. Especially for the price of our stay (over $200 a night) I expected a might higher quality. The shower was the other thing that was very underwhelming. The water kept going from scalding hot to extremely cold without touching the faucet.

Ein sehr schönes, direkt am Gardasee gelegenes Hotel, unweit des schönen Ortszentrums.Die Hotelzimmer sind komfortabel und die Möglichkeiten im Hotel mit Sauna, Indoor-Pool und Fitness sind prima. Darüber hinaus ist das Aussengelände einladend mit Bar, Pool und direktem Zugang zum Gardasee. Rundum top !

Un très beau séjour au Lac de Garde avec un hôtel très bien situé au bord de l'eau

La formule demi-pension avec un buffet (contenant des mets raffinés et variés), une entrée, plat principale et dessert d'une grande qualité et d'un très bon rapport qualité - prix. Chambre avec un joli balcon. Une originalité c'est le lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain qui peut s'avérer pratique pour être deux à ce préparer en même temps.

Für ein paar Tage ganz nett.

Animation am Abend.Frühstück war sehr lecker und viel Auswahl.Direkter Strandzugang.Zimmer im Haupthaus sehr modern eingerichtet.Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Wenn man nur mit Frühstückt gebucht hat, musste man morgens ewig warten bis man ein Tisch zugewiesen bekommen hat.Am ersten Tag musste man die Liegen für 2€ am Tag reservieren und den Platz musste man die ganze Zeit behalten, ärgerlich da nur sehr wenig Liegen am Strand vorhanden sind(die sind auch sehr unbequem) und man nur mit viel Glück eine ergattern kann.Sonst gibt es auch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt weder am Strand noch am Pool (wenn man denn seine Liege am Strand hat.Auch darf man nur an der Poolbar etwas zu trinken bestellen oder eben am Pool , ist wohl machbar weil der Strand direkt bei der Strandbar liegt.Allerdings sitzen Mittags die Gäste dort und man fühlt sich etwas beobachtet.

Mam duże zastrzeżenia co do rozgraniczania gości którzy zamówili pobyt tylko ze śniadaniem i tych ze śniadaniem i kolacją. Ci pierwsi nie mieli możliwości spożywania posiłków w sali restauracyjnej jedynie na zewnętrz na tarasie ! W przypadku deszczu czy wiatru a także upału jest to kłopotliwe . Nie powinno to tak wyglądać! No i jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel to wstyd trzymać rozwalającą się szafkę na tarasie , wielki wstyd!!

Jó elhelyezkedés, a Wellnes és a tóparti medence tiszta, és gyönyörű kilátást adott a tóra.

A reggelinél a női felszolgáló arrogáns viselkedése, nem volt szimpatikus!( nem olasz volt) a kevés nyelvtudása ellenére, úgy gondolta , hogy vendég legyen érte!
