the location would be good if you go there by car since it is a little bit far from the town and the panoramic view of the ciclopedonale. you could walk to town but it will be around 20 minutes and the hotel is located in a steep area. the wellness center is very complete with sauna, spacious steam room, jacuzzi, gym, pool, etc. we enjoyed it very much. the staff is helpful and responsive and breakfast was included and abundant.

it isn’t easy to get on the shuttle to the hotel as it has a very limited capacity. many people want to arrive to the hotel so you could have to wait a while to catch one.

loved the view but nothing else that was great about the stay

the view and location

very tired looking, the staff were poor. they had a poor grasp of the English language and unhelpful and were not clear when you asked questions. They said the bar was closed at lunchtime but they were having Aperol Spritzer themselves. No yea/coffee facilities in the room.

Rooms outdated and situated in outdated block far from reception. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. TV was functioning on arrival had to wait for next day connection. Bfast facilities like school canteen very busy, food mediocre.

Beautiful, scenic and friendly place to stay.

The breakfast had plenty of choice including gluten free alternatives. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The scenery was breathtaking and location was quiet.

The only thing I can think of is maybe adding a fridge and coffee making station.

The setting and views are spectacular. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff at check in and at the bar were very pleasant and welcoming.

However, the restaurant staff felt it was necessary to prepare tables for the next day rather than attend to the guests, even though it was still dinner time....I had to eventually get up and go to a server to ask for more drinks...breakfast was just as bad...if not worse

Amazing views

The view is amazing, best in the village. Room is basic but with everything you really need I cant complain. We had split level apartment which is well laid out, we read so many bad reviews on this hotel but hey its 3 🌟 accommodation if you want 5 🌟 then book and pay for your 5 🌟. Luxury room! This hotel is great value for money, we had a fantastic week with the best view to wake up to that you could ever imagine! Staff were friendly and very very helpful.

Indoor pool .... strange location.... one rainy day we decided to go look for it, we found it ... yes indoors .... within the pizzeria alongside the tables and chairs of others eating?? It just felt strange place for it.

The view was breathtaking, the staff where very nice, the facilities are also ok, shuttle service was also available for 1.50euro and it was really helpfull since the way going to the hotel is very stiff,

I think with a little bit of renovation the hotel will be perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The view! Staff friendly, food was ok.

Very basic accomodation, dated,dark,dreary,no comfort for money paid.very little toiletries, awful towels, high up on rocks not disability friendly no easy access. Mini bus / Shuttle to town not frequent enough ,not big enough to take more than eight passengers. Definitely not worth the money for an overnight stay.

The room has stunning view. Breakfast is very good, with friendly service. The standard could get some refreshing, like for example air conditioning machine (looks like has passed some decades), especially needed during heat waves like this one..

The setting of the hotel was second to none the elevated position gave lovely views of the lake even though the place looks a bit tired and dated the ammenities where more than adequate to maintain a nice stay all in all would return again the staff where very helpful and polite and in general it was all kept very tidy
