Fabulous-best we’ve stayed in whilst in Italy. Perfect for couples or adult groups.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, best we’ve stayed in during this trip (4 in total) and perfect for couples. The staff are wonderful, breakfast is fantastic, and pool is fabulous. We ate in the Regio Patio restaurant which was amazing. The American bar was great, with wonderful staff who were happy with off-menu requests. This hotel is such a relaxing, quiet, beautiful place, we were so impressed.

Fabulous hotel in every way!

The hotel oozes character and charm and is impeccably maintained. The bar, restaurant and terrace was exquisite. The outdoor pool area is absolutely beautiful but the unexpected surprise was the outstanding indoor pool!, sauna and spa area - designed to the highest spec and the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect.

While we appreciate it is a ‘character’ hotel, the bathroom could have done with some modernising (we were in the older building). For the overall spend, complimentary water every night would have been welcomed.

The pool amd surrounding area; particularly the width of the pool and the shallow area by the jacuzzi, also the trees around it, providing natural shade. The pool bar menu.

The lack of simpler food for young people in the restaurants for evening meals and the restriction of 1 bottle of free water in the rooms.

Best hotel in Garda

Great hotel in an extremely good location in Garda. The hotel is elegant with attentive staff. The traditional restaurant served up very good inventive food available at a set price for 2 or 3 courses plus a buffet of delicious patisseries that are made in the hotel patisserie. Incredibly good . Breakfast options were varied and lots of fresh fruit. Restaurant staff were friendly, special mention to Priscilla. The pool is lovely, and the pool bar is well managed, providing snacks and lunches. Pool towels are provided. Elegant and comfortable bar area. Treatments in the Spa are recommended, with a special mention to Elisa.

There was building work in progress at the hotel, which was noticeable when they started up in the morning, not matter how they tried.

Everything was excellent! The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect - less than five minutes to the bus station for trips, four minutes to the market, three minutes to restaurants and two minutes to the lake.

The only thing I did not like was I had to go home.

Amazing, central, great facilities!

Where do I start - lovely helpful staff who went above and beyond - facilities were great, beautiful pool, rooms super comfortable and well equipped and a 30 second walk from the end of the bay - perfect location for our silver wedding celebrations!

Great location, lovely restaurants, friendly staff

The air conditioning repeatedly failed and the staff, while friendly, never adequately responded to the issue. Opening the windows in our room made it difficult to sleep--given the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and clubs, there is a lot of noise late into the night. There are also mosquitoes. We were faced with a choice of closing the windows (the room was then 25C and suffocatingly hot) or opening windows, allowing rain, noise, and bugs in. Shouldn't have to face such a choice in a 4-star hotel spending 400+ euros per night.

it was wonderful stay in Garda. The hotel has everything for great holiday - location in the centre next to the lake, easy private free parking, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, restaurants - dinners and breakfasts were great, sun bath place with a bar…. events! we listened to the wonderful concert in the hotel. We will be happy to stay there again 😍

Location was great. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities were great. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly.

The room was good but located in the 'staff' quarters, expected a better experience for the money we paid. The cleaning staff did not replenish the free bottle of water and then tried to charge for the one I took out of the mini bar. The toiletries were not replenished either, nor were they topped up after the previous guests. The pool water was too cold to get into so could not use the facilities as well as hoped

Fair But noisy pool.

Breakfast not so interesting.The Breda and pastry was substandard, So We Choose the toast.

We have been at Regina Adelaide before. This time the pool area was plagued by noisy children the whole week. Several other guests also noticed the change. No Staff enforced the pools written safety rules.

Superb

The SPa is by far the best i have ever seen. I have traveled to Dubai in 5 stars Hotel and the Spa in them is not even comparable to the Regina Adelaide Spa. THE SIZE OF THE ROOM was way bigger than expected and this is obviously a good point to them. Excellent food.
