Perfect central location just off the lakeside in Garda. Short walking distance to the Navigare ferries. A charming market close by every Friday morning. And many decent restaurants within 5 minutes from the hotel.
The outdoor pool area is very tranquil.
The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful with everything. A good and varied breakfast.
Nothing to complain about in terms of the hotel and its facilities and the staff team. I would say the hotel is in need of a little paint and a facelift, but the ambience is calm and friendly.

Location was great. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities were great. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly.
The room was good but located in the 'staff' quarters, expected a better experience for the money we paid. The cleaning staff did not replenish the free bottle of water and then tried to charge for the one I took out of the mini bar. The toiletries were not replenished either, nor were they topped up after the previous guests. The pool water was too cold to get into so could not use the facilities as well as hoped
