Its a huge resort surrounded by beautiful nature. Room was very nice with beautiful balcony (junior suite with lake view). Breakfast is nice too.
We were really disappointed with the hotel’s offer for children. The only activity available was the indoor pool, which is open for kids just from 2 to 3 p.m.! There’s also a tiny, stuffy room with a few coin-operated machines – definitely not a proper play area. There is no kids club, no animation, no activities at all if you come in October (which is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description). Very misleading for families traveling with children.

That the entire to the warm pool for families and children is only at 14.00-15.00 and it's cost 5 euro.
If we had come to resort this service should be included with whole facilities.

I chose this hotel because of the view and spa. The view was nice, spa was nice too. Comfortable beds
The hotel is very big and old. The room is normal, the spa is good but You have to reserve the time in advance as finally there won’t be any available time left. Spa is good, but the cleanliness is really required on spa windows, all seems to be cleaned only when the hotel was opened, looks really gross. But the worst part was breakfast. There is nothing to choose from, the same food in different plates, and paper cups for drinks-just no. Plenty of space for breakfast, nothing to eat there, if You can choose not to take breakfast, just do that.

I love a swim, so a 50m pool was a real bonus. Our Lake Suite was spacious and there was a nice view of Lake Garda from the patio.
Unloved and a little dated. The toilet wouldn’t stop flushing unless pressed twice. The shower head needed descaling and sinks didn’t hold water. It was a long way to walk to breakfast if it was raining heavily.

The resort is super nice for one or two days stay
The breakfast can have more variety and after 9pm nothing is available for a bite at the resort

Property is perfect for children who are old enough to go and play football independently go to the activities my two are 14 and 16 loved they could use the gym
Great for days out too
There’s nothing to dislike maybe just a different breakfast some days

Second time at this Hotel and it’s beautiful.
Really good facilities and wow what a view
The Shuttle bus does not run throughout the day, its stops running at 1.15pm in the afternoon and restarts late afternoon and then stops running again in the evening at 20.15pm for the night which is far to early and it’s a long walk from town so definitely not ideal.

The entire staff is amazingly nice and welcoming. The view over the lake is beautiful and the facilities with activities such as golf and paddle are very nice.
Population of the resort is mostly Dutch British and German and place seems to be made for them.
The room was not indicated as being by the road which we did not like. Besides this, it is mostly on us, this kind of place is not really our cup of tea, crowded noisy resort - we enjoy more quietness. Also, every activity as a cost and don’t get full by the ticket selling onsite for gardaland - it is cheaper online.

The resort was clean in common areas, the room had a large terraces and modern bathrooms.
While the resort is inexpensive compared to others in the area, this affordability comes at a cost upon arrival. Guests are charged for nearly everything, including small bottles of water and soft drinks in the room priced at £3.50, whereas the same items are available at the pool bar for £1.
As an active couple, we found the range of sports and activities to be lacking compared to what was advertised on the website. Moreover, all facilities (except for the gym, which operates during limited hours) incur additional charges. Spa treatments were priced comparably to those in London, with examples including £45 for paddle and £10 per racket per player, and treatments costing £90 for 30 minutes.
The breakfast selection was poor, with very low-quality food that was inedible. Consequently, we chose to dine out every evening, finding better options such as pizzas or pasta dishes for £10 and pints for £3.50 at local restaurants.
Although rooms were "cleaned" daily, we had to pay extra to have our bedsheets and towels changed. After a few nights, it was unacceptable that this service wasn't included.
Lastly, the resort's remote location posed challenges. It took us three hours to travel from Verona. While a shuttle service is offered, it operates only one vehicle accommodating eight people, leading to wait times exceeding 40 minutes on some occasions.

Great location with a superbe view. Great surroundings and sport facilities. Amazing pool. Great staff. Good breakfast
The spiderwebs in the room. The attitude and the service of the person working at the pool bar

The resort boasts stunning views and a great location. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
The decor felt dated and worn. The cleanliness was below expectations, with mouldy silicone in the bathroom and large cobwebs on the balcony. Our stay was disrupted by loud music and a late-night party lasting until midnight—completely unreasonable, especially for those guests with children.

Price of drinks were good. Minibus to town was a bonus.
The breakfast - lack of choice. The location - a bit further away from town than I’d expected.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. With lots of sporting activities available. Staff were really attentive and made sure we had a good stay. Lovely breakfast and traditional Italian evening meal. A half hour walk from Garda. We hired a car to see the local area. Pool had only just opened and was unheated so a bit chilly but we are used to this so we did enjoy some lovely swimming. Pool was 50m which was great for training.

Limited breakfast
Rude staff - made to feel you were not welcome in reception and dining room
Too many rules!! It’s Rules rules rules ! You can’t do this - put this here - don’t go there etc but they don’t tell you then tell you off afterwards in a rude manner
It’s like a holiday camp.
They need to relax a little and smile more

Ok
Some beds unconformable, not enough blankets, complicated air flow system in room

the available services: golf & football pitch, playground, mini club were very nice.
continental breakfast was excellent
the room was very big despite old with a beautiful lake view
- the restaurant menu for dinner was very poor, more as a canteen rather than for 4* hotel.
- room cleaning was not adequate (dust and dirty on the pavement). only after asking the cleaning was improving a bit.
- opening time for the spa was limited from 14.00 to 15.00 for the indoor pool. never used because the time was not limited and not fitting to our holiday plan. strange having this limitation for a so call family hotel.
- going to restaurant with a stroller was not so easy because our junior suite room as most of the room are on a hill, a bit far from the main building and restaurant

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired especially since it is in Italy. We expected much much more!
