Lovely Hotel in fantastic location with exceptional staff. Will definitely be returning.

Our first visit and will not be our last. Lovely Hotel in a great location. Good food, nice swimming pool but the standout feature of our stay was Piero and his staff. They were all fantastic and made my wife and I so welcome. They really made our holiday and is a testament to them why so many people have returned year after year to the hotel.

The only complaint we had was the weather. Exceptionally hot for the time of year. Made visiting other places around the lake quite difficult.

Very pleasant!

I am very sad that I have to give this place such a low grade, but i will give you my reason in the cons of this property. The hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are nice and perfectly clean , a bit older, but you can expect that if you check the photos. The staff is really nice and helpful and the location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is very good for an Italian hotel with 3 stars. The pool is very nice and pleasant and so is the garden.

And here we come to the reason for my low score. Is the parking price. The hotel has a pretty big parking space for cca 10-15 cars. And until the morning when I paid my check I thought it was free, but then i got the receipt for 8€ per night. It was never specified that parking is not free and also in my honest opinion I think that if you have a hotel and you have parking spaces, you should give them to your guests for free. I think that it is a sign of bad hospitality if you charge the parking in addition to the previouslly agreed price, especially if you don’t let them know that you’re going to do that. I would be completely satisfied if the price for a night would be 8€ more and there was no additional charge for parking, but the way they do it just leaves a bad taste. Sorry for my bad review, otherwise very nice hotel!

Lovely small hotel in a quiet place in busy Garda.

Nice small hotel a 5 minute walk from the lakeside in Garda. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and surprisingly good and varied buffet breakfast. Recommended!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the bus station and across the road from the main shops/restaurants area of Garda. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave the impression they enjoyed their jobs. Pool area was nice.

Rooms were a little bit dated, but we were out and about most of the time anyway.

Room was nice a bright the bathroom had been recently upgraded and was really nice we also had a small south facing balcony which was lovely to sit on in the early afternoon and watch the sun go down

There was nothing that we did not like property and the staff was all great we were there for 7 days ' if we had been there for longer we would have started to see a repetitive menu and also a similar events itinerary

Loved every minute!

Everything - could not find a fault. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and diligent - they are a credit to themselves and to the hotel. Loved the entertainment - especially the movie nights! Plus appreciated the extra steps to accomodate my partner's vegan diet. Location was absolutely perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the town or to the bus stop. Could not reccomend this hotel enough :)

Old fashion hotel with a beautiful lobby, courtyard, outdoor seating and pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is not big but clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast included.

Perfect location, amazing staff

The location is perfect, just a couple of steps from the center. Rooms do have a good size, I personally didn’t like the beds but the rest of my family did. The staff is unbelievably motivated and they all put in a lot of effort to make the stay as enjoyable as possbile.

The breakfast was missing some fresh vegetables like cucumbers and peppers and some fresh fruits. There were a lot of plastic pre-packed items for breakfast.

Overall, we had a good stay, and would recommend this hotel.

The property was very close to the water and the little village. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious!

One of the bathrooms appears to have mold in the shower, so that definitely needs some attention. The beds were a little hard, but that’s personal preference. We also booked with this hotel because it was advertised that they had a pool and a hot tub, but they didn’t open the hot tub because of the weather. It was a little overcast and cool, but no reason to not open the hot tub.

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed the staff, who were extremely energetic and charismatic, and just brought the hotel alive. Otherwise, fantastic facilities, nice pool with a hot-tub, very good breakfast also. Will definitely try and comeback some day! Also great location for a cycle from Peschiera

Staff super friendly, nice hotel, great pool, excellent service

beds were too hard and due to lack of air conditioning the room was too hot at night. There was a loud street right in front, so it was impossible to keep the window open at night.
