Excellent place to stay! We highly recommend it and loved everything about it.

We love this property! The location is perfect right on the water. The breakfast is amazing. Probably the best we’ve had in Italy. So much variety and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We rented bikes for five euros for the day which was wonderful because we biked along the promenade from Garda to Bardolino and then to Lazise. Garda was a great base for visiting other areas. Also, the food in the restaurant was delicious. You can sit outside right along the water, which is beautiful. They also have a covered area that you can see through if it’s cold so you can still see the water.

Hotel just in front of lake with good lakeview restaurant. Good breakfast.

No parking nearby. You need to leave car in parking placed 10-15 minutes far from hotel by feet.

Great breakfast for family - Central location - Could be more cost effective but OK

Right by the lake, nicely busy. Don't expect quiet evenings as can hear people (if have window facing the lake). However, there is aircon if need to close windows and noise from people shuts after midnight more or less. Town (Garda) nice for 1 or 2 nights max. Bare in mind crickets are constantly making a natural noise all throughout the day but will notice it more in the evenings. BREAKFAST * * * * * (5 stars) : The lady there looking after our wishes from the moment you walk in to seat. Very good choices for cooked breakfast. Overall would give it an 8.5 (specially cos of the breakfast)

Rooms a bit smaller than would have liked given the cost (specially if travelling with family) BUT it does the job. However, if travelling with small kids and want to be comfortable, might find bigger rooms with same cost if book early. Town is small enough to walk and end to end has beautiful views and surroundings.

Buffet breakfast was ideal. location could not have been better! Staff were friendly Restaurant - we had dinner in the restaurant on the last night (both had fish) and it was delicious

This is a great hotel and a great value.

Great air conditioner. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Nice location near many restaurants and ferry and beaches. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and great coffee. The staff was patient and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

Exceptional lake view room

Excellent location on the lake in the hubbub of cafes along the promenade. Get a lake view room - it's worth the extra cost as the view is incredible, especially from the room with balcony. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and lots of coffee on offer.

The Lake view room with terrace was great but a little noisey in the mornings when they were setting up for breakfast downstairs so be prepared to wake around 7am. I was able to go back to sleep but if you're a light sleeper it might be disruptive. It's a small price to pay for that view though!

Stunning location

the hotel was positioned close to the bus station and the ferry. its located right on the lake front which makes for stunning views. there was a lot of choice for breakfast and the evening menu was really good. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Exceptional

Location is superb, on the coast and in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and well equipped, people are very friendly. Parking is also available 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Otherwise finding a free parking spot in the city is quite difficult.

To get access to the parking you need to check in in the hotel first and get the access card from reception. However finding a parking spot in order to check in was quite difficult.

Great value, lovely area, weird staff member.

Great hotel, family owned, very comfortable stay in air conditioned very clean room near the Lake. Would easily be a 3 star hotel instead of a 2 star if there was a fridge in the room, for example.

Staff member Annette was the most annoying person I've met in a long while. We arrived after 2pm and she checked us in, but since our room was not ready yet we came back fifteen minutes later, and were showed to our room - WITHOUT the key to our room. So, we went back downstairs to ask for it, and Annette made it seem like it was OUR mistake instead of hers , and just said "Goodbye." to us after opening our door and giving us the key. Next morning at breakfast she seemed annoyed at us because we didn't feel like chatting with her after that behaviour the previous day. I'd recommend hiring someone else to this otherwise lovely hotel. Also check out was at 10 am , which was rather too early, since we were one day visitors from Venice, and moved on to Verona next day - 12 o'clock would have been easier for us (took the 1pm bus) , since there was no place to leave our luggage except on the floor of the hotel lobby (according to Annette) so we had to carry it around for 3 hours.

Super séjour, nous y reviendrons

Emplacement superbe devant le lac de Garda Bel hôtel sans prétention mais ou l'on se sent bien Chambre simple mais propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner super et très complet et de qualité (très nourrissant, nous n'avions même pas faim en journée). Nous avons été en hiver et la salle de petit déjeuner se fait dans la terrasse couverte et chauffée . Possibilité d'y manger le soir.

Pas de parking, mais possibilité de se garer à proximité.

Liebenswerte Unterkunft mit traumhafter Lage.

Super Lage direkt am See, durchgängig sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer - in unserem Falle mit wunderbarem und direkten Seeblick. Sehr leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück, die nette Bedienung hat diesen angenehmen Eindruck noch verstärkt. Auch beim Abendessen gab es nichts auszusetzen - sehr empfehlenswert!
