Great location and lovely relaxing holiday

Location next to the lake is superb. The hotel is a nice size, not too big and a few minutes walk from everything. The room as are spacious and clean. Breakfast is the usual continental fare and very nice.

I did not know that dogs are permitted in the hotel and in the breakfast room. When we were there the dogs were well behaved but that does not make me feel that it is acceptable. I am not sure that I will go back to that hotel again. The dog owners were all German as they had all travelled by car with dogs! Check with your hotel before you book.

Lovely break

Very good location easy to get to ferry and buses lovely level promenade to walk for miles would recommend Hotel Europa nice friendly place breakfast very nice bacon and eggs along with cereals and fruit meats croissants etc would recommend but no tea making facilities in the room

The location was perfect! The facility was clean and overall the staff was helpful when asked questions.

MOSQUITOES 🦟 🦟 🦟. They were everywhere. I'm from Florida. I hate them so much. Ellen we first entered the room there were at least 10 in the bathroom and that day I killed at least 15 the next 8 and everyday after they 3-4. My husband and I hooked as everytime I said i think that is the last one. I brought it up to the desk but they said they weren't aware of a problem. I had a few bites and woke at least twice in the 6 night because of buzzing in my ear. There were MOSQUITO carcasses everywhere from my towel killings. It makes for a good story. But if you are allergic beware of from 107!!!!!!! Luckily we were there to explore and rarely in our room.

This hotel is perfectly located, 3 min walk to the central area of the town, just across a very quiet side road to the lake. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is fantastic! Continental style with lots of fresh fruit options, scrambled egg, bacon, meats & cheese etc. There is also a hot tub, situated on a sun terrace, on the flat roof of the hotel :) The hotel is family owned with family members both managing and working hard in the hotel. I would stay at Hotel Europa again.

Great location for a quiet holiday in Garda

Centrally located, but still quiet. Nice breakfast. Queen room is great for couples with 1 child.

6 minutes walking to parking. Room doesn't have many amenities besides a fridge (no bottled water, no coffee/tea).

The location of this hotel is perfect. The cleanliness is outstanding, both around the hotel and in the room. All the staff were very friendly, in what appears to be a family run business. Although our room was st the side of the hotel, there was still a lovely view of the beautiful lake Garda. During our stay there was a beer festival by the side of the lake, very close to the hotel. Whilst the music was very loud, this could not be heard inside our room, making the stay nice and quiet, but within easy reach of the events happening close by.

Breakfast was good, but possibly due to Covid restrictions, the usual self service was supplemented with the staff helping to provide the food from a doorway - whilst i didn't particularly like this, this possibly isn't the fault of the hotel. However, I was surprised there was no toast available, which I would have thought as standard. The hotel has at some point been extended and modernised, which has been done very sympathetically. Our room was in the old part of the hotel, which has benefited from some of the improvements. However, I can't remember the last time I saw a shower curtain in a good hotel! The bathroom, whilst spotlessly clean, could do with a revamp.

Great hotel!

Hotel Europa was a great find. Very clean, great location, and wonderful staff. Loved that is was close to the water and within walking distance to all of the center restaurants on the water. Extra perk was great breakfast in the mornings! If I’m ever lucky enough to come back to Lake Garda, I will definitely stay here again!

Un séjour parfait, entre calme, confort et accueil exceptionnel Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Garda. Malgré sa proximité avec tout (restaurants, bars, lac), l’endroit reste calme et reposant. Mention spéciale au personnel, vraiment exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins. Le ménage des chambres est fait pendant le petit-déjeuner, ce qui est très appréciable. Justement, le petit-déjeuner est extra : varié, copieux et servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse par deux personnes adorables. C’est aussi un endroit parfait pour profiter d’un apéro sur le balcon ou aller manger juste à côté. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Quelques petits points à améliorer, même si ce n’est pas entièrement de leur faute car cela reste un 3 étoiles : pas de machine à café en chambre, un coffre-fort non fonctionnel, et pas de store occultant à la fenêtre des toilettes et de la douche…juste un voilage tamisant, ce qui peut être un peu gênant le soir car cela donne sur les terrasses. Enfin, si l’hôtel devait vraiment tendre vers la perfection, un matelas un peu plus confortable ferait toute la différence.

De locatie

De eigenaar was niet vriendelijk. Totaal geen affiniteit met de gasten. Het ontbijt mocht je niet zelf pakken . Je moest op een rode stip bij de deuringang staan en aanwijzen wat je wilde. Er stond 1 dame (heel aardig) die het dan op een bord aan je gaf. Kamer was oké maar douche was heel klein met een douchegordijn die tegen je aanplakte. Niet te doen..

Alles war sauber und das Bad modern und neu eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Die Lage war hervorragend, direkt an der Promenade

Das Frühstück war zwar in Buffetform, aber es wurde leider gehändelt wie unter Coronazeiten, man konnte sich nicht alles selber nehmen. In den Zimmern könnte man evtl. mal größere TVs anbringen.
