Comfortable and festive stay in early December - Christmas market and holiday decorations right outside the front door.

Location was great, breakfast was tasty, room was clean and spacious, view from patio was lovely - could watch sunset!

Platform bed frame was awkward (too big for mattress) and chairs were cheap.

Lovely hotel in wonderful location

Wonderful location on the lakeside, close to the ferry and bus station. Friendly, helpful staff, quick to respond to messages prior to our stay. Offered to store our luggage on arrival. The breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice. Would definitely recommend.

My apartment was not 45m2 for sure. I spent my childhood in a flat of this area and was much bigger. This apartment was rather closer to 25-30m2. Air conditioning did not work, which was very uncomfortable during the nights in mid of August.

Comfy beds, lovely location but noisy and hot.

The location was amazing, beds were comfortable and room size was good.

It’s a restaurant with rooms, not a hotel. The staff were friendly but didn’t offer help with luggage until I was half way up the stairs. The room was so noisy and the air con reset itself to 26degrees at some point every night so woke up hot.

Lovely lakeside hotel

We loved the location as it was overlooking the lake but also away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would recommend this hotel and we hope to return again.

The air conditioning was not working properly and we found the room too hot at night but the air-conditioning didn't help.

A nice stay in a good location with a lovely suite

The view from the suite and the location of the place were nice. We ate several times at Casa Lady with delicious food. The breakfast was nice with coffe of your choice which we appreciated 👍 Closeness to the dock where the lakeboats departed and wonderful 4 km promenade all the way to Bardolino.

We used airbulbs during nights due to rather thin walls. Some personnel couldn’ t speak English so we used google translate in order to fix a taxi to the airport which functioned really well.

Our favourite hotel in Italy!

We stayed in 4 hotels in total in Italy and this was our favourite. A nice big spacious room with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the lake. There is a restaurant downstairs which we also recommend. all staff absolutely lovely too! great location

Lakeside comfort

We had a room overlooking the Lake, the view was stunning! Comfortable and spacious. Great breakfast

We felt a little uneasy leaving our luggage in an unsecure corner of the back restaurant which could have been accessed by any other guests or restaurant visitors. When we returned, our luggage had been moved to a store room as restaurant guests had arrived. Maybe offer the store in future with a lock?

Stunning location, lovely wee hotel

Casa lady sits on the banks of lake garda right in the cnetre of Garda. Its a lovely wee hotel staff are amazing. Its clean and theres a pizzeria attached where food is delicious

Nearly got our car lifted by police but the staff saved us! Watch where you park. There Re no spaces and its not clear that Friday is market day and you have to move yoir car

amazing room, fab bathroom, the view stunning, great staff

didnt realise how loud it can get in the evenings as there are restaurants downstairs, so trying to get a little one to sleep wasnt quite as simple, but in hindsight I should have picked further away from the centre for qietness so this is not fault of the property, just perhaps a tip for people with little kids. loved the room and the staff
