Location was great and it was easy to walk everywhere. Despite the good location and traffic outside our room was calm and quiet. Our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely come back!

Location, breakfast, staff and room.

Some of the key rooms match with others. We were 6 rooms and two of them matched with all the others. We realized when we opened one of them by mistake. Also we didn't have a small fridge in the room to have some cold drinks during the hot days.

Lovely stay

Great value for money - basic room, clean and right in Garda town. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The Ac is good and needed this time of year. We would highly recommend.

Great place to make your trip to Lake Garda convenient.

+ Great location: Access to Lake Garda and its nearest beach is just a few walking minutes away. The hotel is located in a very scenic place. + The staff was very friendly and full of life. + Tasty and fresh breakfast. We really enjoyed eating it! + There is a balcony attached to the bathroom that features a very nice view.

Not much to criticize: - If you use internet, you need to enter the login information each time you connect to Wifi, which can be repetitive.

Everything. As hosts, Luigi and Flavia couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. From tips about where to go to eat and drink, to a wonderful breakfast, everything was perfect.

Surprisingly, great place. Staff is very friendly, located 2 minutes from center but very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Room clean and spacious, bathroom was renovated recently - so no problems at all

I wore earplugs to sleep each night because noise travelled easily inside the hotel, and the window seals in my particular room weren’t that effective against traffic noise outside

Great experience!

Luigi is a genuinely nice guy with passion for his hotel and hospitality. All the staff is very helpful and personal. The breakfast is awesome, due to Covid the buffet was closed, but instead we received almost the full buffet serviced on our table. The food is fresh and delicious. A 1 minute walk from the back entrance gets you on lake-boulevard. The bathroom was a bit older clearly, but well-maintained and very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

The car park was about 5-10 minutes walking, and our room was facing the roadside which is quite a noisy road, so keeping the window open at night wasn't really an option.

Luigi and the whole team, very helpful, amazing hospitality, welcome vine, in Garda there is no better place to stay, breakfast was perfekt, location!!! I'll be back with my husband.

In die Jahre gekommen aber gute Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt in Garda. Zimmer sind sauber haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel aber sind in Ordnung. Frühstück ist sehr gut alles was man braucht.

Dusche hat leider einen Duschvorhang der immer am Körper klebt. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig vorallem wenn man eine Italienerin daneben hat die 2 Stunden ins Telefon schimpft, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.
