The staffs are great. Breakfast they serve is better than we expected. There are so many various foods, like cakes, bread and fruits. The room is clean and cozzy.

The hotel doesnt look new and fresh from outside, its definitely pretty old and basic. But inside is super clean and fresh!

Considering the price, I expected more amenities, like minifridge in room or proper washing products (not some packed one time all in one shower gel). Furnishing is worn and needs refreshing.

Really excellent breakfast - there was something for everyone. Staff were really friendly, and it was in a great location with a lovely view from our balcony.

We found it quite noisy early in the morning with window shutters being raised

I was in the travel industry 33yrs, travelled the world, visiting thousands of hotels to be able to recommend (or not) the best to my clients. On arrival, the welcome we received was heartfelt. The owners and staff at this hotel are authentic, sincere and genuinely want their Guests to gave the best experience. Infact I think their mission is to exceed their Guests expectations! I'm not able to list all the qualities but suffice to say, if you're considering a stay here or have "short listed" it as a possible....Stop! Book your room! You will not regret it...

Fantastic and perfect

From the moment we arrived Gloria made us so comfortable, she was so informative and swopped our room for a Seaview.She also booked us on free tours including a boat trip .While we were on the boat trip we actually met Gloria on her day off and we asked about the free mountain trip,she actually arranged it for us the following day by liaising with the guides on the boat on her day off.Amazing lady and beautiful hotel literally minutes from lake and restaurants and fantastic breakfast .Thank you Gloria we will return.

Fine stay in Garda.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. It had good aircondition. There was a nice area to have Breakfast.

I would prefer a breakfast with less quantity but more quality. There were plenty of things but some of them didn´t seem to be of high standard. There were some black spots in the shower. Unfortunately there was no parking nearby.

Simple room, ideal for one or two nights. Very good breakfast. Near to the city center.

No parking. It is possible to park in the city center (paid) or you can try find place somewhere in the streets near (difficult on hot days - places occupied by people who bath in the lake). Mould in the shower.

Fabulous! Staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. Just a 6-10 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk from the Lake. Absolute fabulous could not pick a fault even if wanted to! One thing to bear in mind when travelling which is nothing to do with the hotel is the availability of taxis and the cost. They are expensive and limited, taxi drivers have added charges to agreed rate due to traffic or an extra passenger. Average cost of taxi from airport to hotel is 100 euros.

Amazing!!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The cleaning was great, the breakfast had many options and the staff was available. The hotel is on a smaller street off the major road so it is quiet but still very close to restaurants. The bus station is about 5 minutes from the hotel and the ferry stop also. Would recommend!

The hotel was super clean, the room was large, the breakfast was superb for the price, the overall price quality was amazing. If spaces available, parking can actually be done in the street of the hotel. We parked 100m from the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel has 3 suggestions where to park. The personnel was super super kind! We wanted to go to the lake before leaving later that day. We got towels and could use their showers.

Not every staff member spoke English perfectly, but communicating was more than doable. Some staff members spoke English perfectly.

Everything was really good and exceeded our expectations. Rooms was really nice and clean and had a very beautiful balcony with mountain view. Breakfast was tasty and had a great choice. Would recommend to go there and would stay there with a great pleasure again.
