Perfect base for our stay, lovely and clean and great location

The worst hotel I have ever been.

Location

The breakfast was that bad that I thought those eggs were boiled 1 week ago, parking was far away even there u have to pay. Staff is trash if you ask them anything they just find excuses. Room was cold even though my room was the best room they had .

A Perfect Stay At Garda

Wow. When we arrived we did not expect to be greeted by two cute dogs, but there they were and it made us feel so welcomed. The receptionist was very nice and spoke english very well. She offered us each a glas of prosecco, which was a beautiful gesture. The breakfast buffé was big, fresh and awesome!

Bright and spacious interior, nice outside shaded area, eqipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very close to free shuttle, friendly owner downstairs, free easy parking.

Shuttle doesn't run in the afternoon or after 7 pm so hard to do things in the afternoon without a car or long walk. Ownner did not communicate street number til last minute so some of our party travelling a long distance had difficulty finding the house, Extra charges added after booking...linen charge and post-cleaning not included

Hotel is in very good position and it is easy to find. Near hotel are numerous small restaurants and wine shops. There is no parking lot BUT you can reserve it in underground garage 600m away. It is very good option. Hotel has a good restaurant.

Under our room (18) was hotel and near hotel kitchen. So, two kitchens - lot of food preparation smells.

Quirky stay in lovely resort.

Friendly and professional host (Mari). Great welcome … Prosecco on arrival even though we were only staying 1 night. Quirky room … nice view from bathroom! Good breakfast … especially the breads!

Located on busy main road at back of town. Prefer to be near the lakeside. Light shining outside room window all night hindered sleeping… however the room was nice and clean with good facilities.

We loved the place, great location, 1 min from restaurants, the beach and the bike roads. Breakfast was more than expected for Italy. Everyone in the hotel helpful and friendly.

Disappointed and very bad Wi-Fi and parking possibilities

Located central, nice breakfast

The parking possibilities are horrible! Cost a fortune, and is way across the city. The Wi-Fi is very bad, and the shower water is not really warm. There is no real duvets, only sheets. The staff in the restaurant were very nice, but the main host was very rude and patronizing.

We really liked staying at dependance Silvestro. the location of the accomodation was just next to the city center and the lake. The hosts of the hotel were super friendly and very helpfull. Breakfast was very good, you had a lot of variety. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant with wich they work together, you should definitely book a table over there because the food was delicious!

Hotel ligt dichtbij het meer.. goede waterstraal van de douche.

Kamer oud en donker. Bedden veel te hard je voelde de vering er doorheen. Bij aankomst niemand achter de balie. Blijkt dat je je moet melden bij een ander hotel. Staat echter niet aangegeven. Parkeerplaats tegen betaling op 800meter afstand. Ontbijt niet best broodjes leken wel van de dag ervoor.

A boa localização e o bom café da manhã, além de ter elevador.

O estacionamento era muito longe, especialmente por estar chovendo. A recepção também é fora do prédio, fica em outro hotel. A vista do nosso quarto era para um local bagunçado.

Die Strandpromenadennähe (kein Strand !)

Völlig überteuert: winziges 5qm-Zimmer mit Metall-Etagenbett für 140€/Nacht. Klimaanlage läuft nur, wenn man im Zimmer ist – zurückkommen ins aufgeheizte Zimmer garantiert. Parken nur in einem 800m entfernten, teuren Parkhaus möglich. Eigene KFZ Daten müssen der Polizei gemeldet werden um einen Strafzettel zu vermeiden, weil die Hoteleinfahrt eine kameraüberwachte Fußgängerzone ist, und schon die 10m einfahren zum Gepäck ausladen als Vergehen gemeldet werden) Die Organisation wirkt chaotisch (Rezeption im Hotel gegenüber, Zimmer sind direkt über einem Restaurant,). Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe: harte Brötchen, künstlicher Kaffee, unappetitliches Rührei, verbrannter Speck und überreifes Obst. Danach hatten wir beide den ganzen Tag Magenprobleme und mehrere Toilettengänge. Für uns nie wieder!

Отель отлично расположен, все в пешей досягаемости - центр, набережная, торговые улицы. Хорошие номера и приятная девушка на ресепшион, помогла быстро получить номер и запарковать машину на парковке (для своих клиентов можно арендовать крытую парковку).

Завтрак мог бы быть поразнообразнее и кофе повкуснее :)

Personal sehr, sehr freundlich - alles andere halt - ein naja.

Die hervorragende Rezeptionistin Marie! Sie war sehr, sehr hilfsbereit, stets ansprechbar und sprach sehr gut Deutsch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum frühstücken braucht.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Betten waren durchgelegen (Kuhlenbildung) Die Möbel sollten ausgetauscht werden. Die Schlüssel ( 4 Stück) für das Zimmer ist mehr als lästig. Für ein oder zwei Nächte ist es ok.
