Great spot right next to the lake / travel hub! Garda at its friendliest

Early room check in available! The friendliest staff! Nothing was a problem for the staff to ensure we had a great stay!! Good selection at breakfast. Inexpensive when ordering in.

Welcoming and great value

We had a great staying at Hotel Imperial. The staff were extremely attentive and always available to answer any questions. The location is fantastic and only a short walk away from the waterfront. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times since 2010 and it is always a great experience. Look forward to returning again in the future!

Lovely hotel in great location.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Pool area and beautiful garden. The room had a balcony with sea and mountain views. The aircon worked well and the breakfast was delicious, would defo return.

The hairdryer needs replacing, never fully dried my hair, would have taken maybe 30mins.

Wonderful family run hotel in a perfect location

The hotel is amazing, so clean the rooms are small but more than adequate and just the perfect location.

The staff are very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make everyone welcome.

Lovely relaxing hotel with attractive pool area.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk from the town and lakefront. Very welcoming and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Some slight road noise at the back of the hotel but nothing significant.

Fab hotel, super staff, excellent location.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats hot and cold items. Coffees, teas juice and water. Staff super friendly couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Very polite and helpful.

Evening meals a little hit and miss. Some excellent, some ok. Usually something to suit on the menu though. Bar service of a night time excellent, special shout out to Mary and Helena who looked after us and couldn’t do enough for us long after everyone had gone to bed.

Great price/value ratio

Price/value ratio was excellent. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly, the public areas very well maintained. Pool area was cozy and also well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and a special thanks to the waiter/manager who made our stay extra special. He is the golden standard of customer service! Try to order "americano booster" during breakfast!

Check out quite early at 10 am but they let us stay in the pool area as long as we wanted and to use the shower. The bed mattresses were quite hard for my liking but it was nice to have two pillows!

Hotel Imperial overpass my expectation, hidden gem in Garda Lake.

I like so much the clean and comfortable swimming pool. The room were very comfortable, quite and clean. The personals absolutely amazing and very friendly. We have got the dinner menu and overpass my expectation. The quality were sublime. The morning breakfast very delicious. The hotel is near to Grada center (4 minutes walk) a discovered gem in Garda. I will comeback without doubt.

Wonderful place, definitely will suggest to stay there. All building, hall and rooms are renovated. Personal are very kind and can share useful information about town and help with other questions. Location is perfect to reach the coast with town and restaurants by foot and also to sleep in quiet and enjoy the day without crowd if you prefer so

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guten Freunden im Imperial. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Imperial sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war super, das Büffett sehr ansprechend. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, man konnte in ein paar Minuten die Altstadt sehr leicht erreichen. Der Parkplatz des Hotels liegt etwas weiter entfernt, aber dies war kein Problem. Wir haben die Halbpension nicht genützt. Auffallend war die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und in den Außenanlagen. Das Personal war sehr höflich und unaufgeregt.
