Fantastic location right in the old town of Garda and a only a short walk to the lake.
The room was comfortable, and clean. There was a nice rooftop terrace we didn't really use for timing reasons but it was pretty and ideal to have a glass of wine.
The communication with the management went really smoothly.
Just a small thing, would be nice to have actual cups and glasses provided.

Excellent location in the old town. In a relatively quiet street. A good breakfast in a hotel very close by. The roof terrace. The small fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine were useful.
One small thing: a few basic kitchen items such as cutlery and a couple of plates would have been useful.
Also, be aware that you need to let the owner know in advance if you want the second (sofa) bed to be made up. This was not made clear in booking.com. The owner did rectify this promptly when we asked.

Quiet, nice location, host was pleasant.
Top floor room so roof slanted downward. Wouldn’t suit someone who is above average height.
