Nice hotel, personnel and breakfasts.

The hotel doesn’t have an iron, so no opportunity for fancy outfits if you want to go out at night.

Not a 4 star hotel.... A very basic breakfast (no vegan choises). Very old and bad elevator. Nothing else. Just to sleep there.

Don't be fooled by 4 stars. One of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in.

Good location, just off the main tourist area. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom.

Breakfast was cheap rubbish. The toaster was broken, staff couldn't care less. Cheapest possible cereal, meats and cheese. Terrible cakes. We booked a triple room as this was advertised as larger and with Aircon. The room was tiny, we downgraded to a double room as this had more space without the extra sofa bed crammed in. No Aircon except in July and August I think. Despite triple room advertised wtih aircon (while double room didn't specify aircon). Staff unable to help, they said it was the law they couldn't turn on the aircon. This isn't true, they are just being cheap. There isn't a pool as advertised, thats in another hotel miles away! I would never stay here again.

It was so central, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room was spotless, plenty of room. Staff were beyond helpful.

A very good choice for wandering around the old town.

The location was excellent - the old town was just across the main road. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Good breakfast.

An excellent choice at a great price

Great little hotel. Room was a fantastic size, absolutely spotless. Nice size bathroom, good towels, good water pressure. Balcony with seats to enjoy the evening . Only down size was we were told no air-conditioning due to "the law" which I'm not sure of because the next hotel we stayed has it. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but plentyful and nice staff. Hotel has a nice bar and outside seating area. Very close to everything I'd have no issue staying there again as it was fantastic for the price.

No air conditioning and I couldn't risk leaving the window open as the mosquito are biting but I was told this was a government law...

Central location close to old town. Very good breakfast. Staff speaks English and German. Parking a bit far... but some hundred years ago Italian towns were not built to accommodate cars!

Family run hotel with friendly service

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - in advance of our arrival they helped us book a hair appointment as we were attending a wedding. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom had a nice shower.

No pool but walking distance from lake and they do provide a pass to use a pool at another location.

Disappointing

This is not yet a 4* hotel, about 50% there after some refurbishing. How it got this I don't know as it is not yet as good as 3* hotels I have stayed at. Car Park is a long way away of more that 600Meters so you need to drop off your baggage before you park. And this was the first problem since the receptionist insisted that we move the car immediately not giving time to unload everything and take it to our room. So If I could, I would have immediately cancelled this booking.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay Hotel Centrale in Garda is definately not the right one. 4 stars (no idea why), no heating, no air conditioning, feeling humidity in the room, no water in the room, uncooperative service. Be carefull with Booking because reservation my be changed and you will need to pay more. We booked a room for 4 People and got the room for 3. The difference in the price you will need to pay to check in. Highly unreccomended 👎

An excellent stay in Garda

Hotel close to bus station, and close to the city in a quiet street. The staff very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The best beds we had in that week around Garda. A small balcony facing the quiet backyard of the hotel. In all a very good choice for a couple of days in Garda.

A minor thing, but the aircondition had been turned off for the season, and for us it was a few degrees to early
