The pool is lovely. But needs a bit of a clear up. It was in Garda

It was very basic not even a toaster. Had to buy one. The fridge door was broken. So you could not have bottles on the door. Not even wine glasses had to buy them ourselves. No plastic glasses for using outside. The decking outside had a large whole that had been there for a while according to previous reviews. The kitchen was less than basic and really not safe no fire safety in the place. There was outside storage that was full of mouldy old rubbish. I would not recommend this place for any body that has children as the wiring in the place was not up to any standards of the uk. It rained a couple of nights and we had to mop up the living area in the morning as it was coming in through the windows and under the door. There is no oven in the kitchen. So if you were thinking of making a meal forget it. If it was not for the pool area which could badly do with brush up the place would have been a huge let down. The outside table was actually the size of the deck and you could not sit round it safely because of the whole and the slope outside. So if you are looking to stay in Garda look somewhere else.l know things in Italy are very traditional but this place was very vey basic We left the toaster and plastic glasses some mugs So hopefully the owners left them and had a think about what else the place needed.

Clean and cool

Air conditioning is good in the apartment but doesn’t reach the main bedrooms so bit hot for sleeping

TV didnt work reported first day was told a technician would come , they never did no TV all holiday. HOt water only worked for shower whilst you ran the tap and even that was intermittent. Asked for more towels and toilet paper told 100 euros for the 5 of us staying! Hole in decking outside apartment . Batteries didnt work in safe .

location is good

I don't even know how to describe it, check-in is some kind of comedy, people with whom it's hard to get along and they live their own lives. They laugh at their own jokes that a foreigner does not understand. In my presence they made fun of other customers, the room itself is clean, but there is nothing in it, rather a standard from 20 years ago but this is typical in italy, unfortunately the standard of hotels there is very different from the food and attractions

Perfect place to start exploring South of Garda

The location and the pool were great.

The list is long. I will mention a few things. There are 2 houses with apartments in the residence. 1. There is a WIFI signal only in the new house and around it. We were put in the old house and thus we didn't have any WIFI signal in the apartment although we have tried to get it with several devices. 2. When you reserve the apartment, it shows the new house apartments, although you may get the old house apartments like we did.

Wat ons heel goed beviel was dat we met vijf minuten lopen aan de oevers van het meer en vlakbij de winkels stonden.

De uitrusting van de keuken leek wat minimaal, maar die hadden wij niet nodig omdat we iedere dag uit eten gingen

Sehr großes Appartement zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden mit Klimaanlage 😊 Schöner großer Garten mit tollem Pool und sehr schönem outdoor Grillplatz Fussläufig zur Stadt und zum See Preis- Leistung Mega!!!
