Lovely hotel!!

The staff were so friendly and genuinely welcoming right from the start. I loved the dogs they had as it brought such character to an already lovely family-run hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal and made fresh and homemade which was delicious. The stay included a spa pass which was great! All round this hotel was amazing for a stay in Garda and we would definitely recommend.

The place is central to everywhere a perfect location. Joya and Leonora are fantastic and looked after us so well, they are delightful.

Amazing location—steps from the bus and ferry stations! Quiet and cozy hotel, highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its location is super convenient—just a short walk to both the bus station and the ferry boat terminal, which made getting around a breeze. Despite being close to transport hubs, the atmosphere was tranquil, allowing for restful nights. The owners truly go above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us to the train station, which was a huge relief and very much appreciated. Breakfast was a delight each morning, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. This place ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and care. We highly recommend this place.

Great hotel close to the ferry port.

The location was great being close to the lake front and the ferry port. The owners and all the staff were lovely and always available to help in any way possible. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice available. We made a very good choice when we chose to stay here and would love to return another time.

There was nothing we disliked. We thought the hotel was great. However, if you have mobility issues this hotel doesn't have a lift to the upper floors.

Wonderful little gem!

Difficult to fault our stay. Room was perfect size for 2 of us. I don’t think I have stayed in a cleaner hotel before! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The marina was just over the road with the perfect spot to watch the sun set. There’s no lift and parking at the hotel was €18

Very pleasantly surprised

We were very pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff, the cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. Our only regrets were that we had to pay for parking and that the fridge in the room did not cool well. But the hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Location and the staff were excellent, and the town of Garda was very lovely. The breakfast was also delicious.

The linen had a strong odor, but was fine to sleep in. The hotel is very slightly outdated, but everything still works very smoothly.

Perfect stay at beautiful Lake Garda

The service, personnel, location were perfect base for lake Garda The room has a balcony which was nice - breakfast was fantastic!! Wish we stayed longer but will be back!! The hotel dogs, especially pollo was adorable! we were also able to rent bikes for the day or half day which was very convenient.

My only complaint is that the shower set up is a little big strange with a door on the bath tub. another suggestion is to provide bike locks for the bikes so we can feel safer to leave it

The room is a little bit small. It was not a problem for us but might be for others No elevator but stuff was very helpful with luggage We were very happy with location but if you expect to step out directly to a beach please be aware the beach is 10-15 minutes walk away.

Clean, great location and good value for money.

The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A huge selection was on offer, and there was a member of staff consistently in the room to ensure that everything was tidy, fresh and most importantly, that guests adhered to the hygiene regulations. The hotel was generally very clean and the staff friendly. The location was excellent, just one street away from the promenade / waterfront.

The only negative point would have to be the size (small) /style (slightly outdated) of the rooms. But this is a minor detail, as the rest of the hotel was brilliant.

I can recommend this place - the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location as well as it's only a short walk to the lake and restaurants. We reserved normal room but we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was clean and fragrant. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Car parking is available at the hotel or short distance away. There is some on-site parking; however, it can be a little bit tricky as it's quite tight to get round the corners. At check-out turned out that the parking price is not included in the total amount of the reservation. (My fault I didn’t look for it because that wasn’t the plan.)

Fantastic locale for walking Garda center

Locale was so wonderfully close to the city center, wonderful geographical views.. and very nice size balcony to see all ..

With so close to main activities of the town, noise could be some bother in the middle of the night from party-goers.

Great hotel in really good location. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. You get a complimentary drink on arrival which is a nice touch. They offer a really good breakfast selection, and replenish at regular intervals so there is always something for everyone We would highly recommend this hotel.
