Excellent hotel and staff

Staff very helpful and hotel location is excellent for Garda itself or a 7 minute stroll to Ferry Dock if you want to explore the lake area. Bus Station is even closer, around 4 minute walk. Hotel room and public areas spotless. Continental Breakfast fresh and plentiful with hot option of bacon and scrambled eggs available daily too. Efficient friendly service.

Terrace could do with a little maintenance but perfectly usable.

Very spacious and good location

Although dated, the hotel is very clean, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful and our room and bathroom were very large. The breakfast options were plentiful and good quality. There was a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee in the room and the location was good. There was no shower however, just a bathtub with a flexible hose. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

Overall some room for improvement but we thougherly pp enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Location of property was excellent Breakfast was good. Room was good and was very clean and decent size. Wonderful view of the lake from the terrace. We would book this hotel again.

Needed some TLC. For instance the terrace floor was flaking and needed either artificial turf or repainting. The guest rooms downstairs were a little dated. The breakfast was adequate but needed a little bit of variety as it was the same each day although plenty, . The back rooms were very noisy with the traffic late evening and early morning. It would be worth mentioning in description that rooms at rear can sometimes be noisy. At least people are aware. We were not aware until the last day we could use the swimming pool at a sister hotel. That is something that might be useful to communicate.

Very good hotel in Garda

The location, best we had, ever.

Well, this is a very good hotel. But we cant understand that such a good hotel has a wifi, 1-1,5 mB. Like in Sweden 30 years ago. We had our own mobil 5G, so. In the reception they thought 1-1,5 mB is good. it is NOT, its nothing, 2023. We also wonder why Booking.com dont rate/meassure the wifi. Free wifi, offcourse, but is it useable?

Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff

Location of the property is great with a decent breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We had decided to leave a day early and start heading home. We were not expecting to get a refund for the last day however the hotel insisted they would contact booking to try and get the last day refunded which they did. It was nice of them to arrange this.

The property is a little outdated but has a particular charm. There was confusion about the car parking but was clarified at a later stage.

One of most beautiful balcony views

Beautiful view from the balcony, very nice breakfast. We've been also impressed with how much attention and care was put to keep the hotel follow anti-Covid policy - all very clean, disinfected.

There is no parking available. Balcony was beautiful, but not really separated from neighbours. Bathroom deserves some renovation. And, last but not least, double bed is not the same as to single ones connected ;)

Lake Garda and its surroundings are of course sensational!

The hotel is in principle not bad and the location very close to the lake is indeed excellent but ...

... but as "booking"-guest you are a second-class-guest only. In particular, when checking in I was denied a place in the parking lot of the hotel - even though there were free places. (I have made photos and can prove that.) I also asked if I could check out at the last day not at 10.00 but somewhat later - this was denied also. The bottom line is that with this hotel you need to clarify everything, in particular the parking, in advance. Do not believe that you can sort out anything on site - this will not work out!

Unica nota positiva la colazione

Hotel tra i peggiori mai provati. Molto costoso per via della posizione lungo lago. Ma camera e arredamenti molto vecchi (direi anni 60) . Nota estremamente negativa nonostante il parcheggio disponibile non è stato possibile parcheggiare all interno per via di una regola assurda sulla prenotazione online. Inoltre camera molto rumorosa con letto scomodo e molto vecchio. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und gut.Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr gut.Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert super.

Leide zu wenig Stellplätze am Hotel-Sollte darauf hingewiesen, direkt das Hotel ohne Booking.com zu buchen, um ene Chance auf einen PKW-Stellplatz zu haben

Super Lage, tolles Frühstück & herzliche Mitarbeiter

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, direkt am See, mit Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl Gefühlt, da wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden sind. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles da was man braucht :-) Sollten wir wieder an den Gardasee fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Swietny hotel w pięknym miejscu nad samym jeziorem Garda

od wielu lat nie bylam w tak dobrym hotelu. Obsluga bardzo miła i profesjonalna, mówiąca w wielu językach. Pyszne śniadanie na tarasie wśród pięknych drzew, na stole białe obrusy jak za dawnych lat. Jednym slowem bardzo przyjemny hotel jakich już prawie nie ma.

Eine Dusche wäre besser, ungünstig ist die Badewanne für ältere Menschen, Die freien Parkplätze auf dem Gelände durften nicht genutzt werden, auch wenn man diese bezahlt hätte

Als Booking.com Bucher war für uns kein Hotelparkplatz verfügbar, obwohl in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes immer mindestens 12 bis 14 Plätze frei waren!
