Short but sweet and a wonderful stay.

The location is great, right on the lake with wonderful views from the balcony and just about everywhere. The hotel was great. The staff friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.

Cosy Hotel in a cosy little town, with spectatular views

A beautiful small Hotel. A short walk from the Bus Terminus in Garda Town. It is situated on the waterfront. Everything is so accessible and only a short walk away. A quaint Hotel in a cosy little town.

No reflection on the Hotel, it was perfect, but very hard to get a Taxi in Garda Town. So we could not access the wonderful restaurents in the Hills surrounding the town.

A great base to be able to explore the Lake.

The location right on the Lake was perfect. The staff were so helpful. We’d had a little problem with tolls and they were so helpful and helped us contact the appropriate authorities on their personal phone. Also the beautiful terrace restaurant attached to the complex was perfect.

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake. Everyone at the hotel took excellent care of us. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall a good hotel with a fantastic location over looking the lake

Location fantastic, hotel and room very clean. A good breakfast which could be eaten inside and out over looking the lake.

Door to room caught on the floor which made it difficult to close. Basin cabinet looking worn and sink had a crack in it, needs attention. Shower cubicle small

Great Location, Deeply Disappointing Experience overall

The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the location - the hotel offers a stunning view of Lake Garda, and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had booked four rooms for our family, and the hotel charged us twice for the entire stay. This issue was known to the hotel, but no effort was made to inform us or to offer any form of compensation. The staff were consistently cold, distant, and unwelcoming. The hotel manager, who appears to oversee multiple properties in the area, was particularly rude and dismissive. It felt as though guest comfort and hospitality were simply not a priority. The rooms themselves were outdated, dirty, and in unacceptable condition - we found hair on the floors, in the beds, and even on the walls. Cleanliness standards were clearly not met. If you’re only after a great location and don’t care about service or cleanliness, this place might work. But if you value basic hospitality, transparency, and hygiene, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, from the managers, the ladies who supervise breakfast to the guys who serve the drinks and wait on tables, ALL of them are superb. The hotel is small but provides everything you could need from an excellent breakfast to dinner in the evening. The rooms were kept very clean and serviced.

Don't really know if this appropriate on this website but we have found that if you book through Booking.com then you usually don't get the best choice of rooms and it proved so at this hotel where our room was at the rear of the hotel overlooking a very busy road, so the noise could be bad in the mornings. Also the room could do with some refurbishment some of the surfaces were marked and could do with some care and attention.

Beautiful location and a great breakfast.

The location was lovely and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent - sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake. A place to go back to.

The room was a bit small, but most disappointing was the view - it was at the back overlooking a road, rather than the view over the lake which we had hoped for. In the end we hardly spent any time there so it mattered little as there were plenty of places to visit on the lake side. There were ants on my sink in the morning. Not sure how they got there. I drowned them!

The location was perfect close to everywhere. Very professional staffs & friendly. Room was clean (they clean the room everyday). They helped us with everything we need. Good breakfast & restaurant food was good specially the mixed grilled fishes 👍

Hotel with view of the lake

Perfect location infront of the lake in garda. Staff were very friendly even during breakfast they helped us to choose what to take. The food was very good especially their home made cakes. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The parking is a 10 mins walk away.

Bed was comfy and the room was very modern and clean! Parking is free and not very far from hotel.

Service was not great and the walls must be made from paper. You can hear every conversation of the other guests!

Nearly everything!!!

The walls were so thin that it was hard to sleep because of the next room someone was snoring so load and the cars on the road were load!!! But a few more drinks helps.
