Beautiful hotel in a prime position with a fab rooftop terrace.

The hotel was amazing! it's right on the water and the view is breathtaking!
we came there for our honeymoon and we got upgraded to a room with a lake view and it made our stay so we recommend booking a lake front room.
The staff was very nice and we felt welcomed by everyone.
We will definitely be back
The hot tub on the rooftop was out of order

The location was superb, right on the main promenade in Garda town. All restaurants and shops etc were just minutes away. Our room directly overlooked the lake and the view just took your breath away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The roof terrace was definitely an added bonus and we chilled up there before dinner on a couple of evenings. It would benefit from some parasols for shade in the high season.
On occasions the restaurant was almost empty and lacked atmosphere. I would describe the menu as ‘high end’ and therefore expensive. We ate there one night of our stay and the food was delicious and the staff attentive. I think there is a lot of competition along that stretch of the promenade and maybe a little adjustment to the menu on offer may tempt more people in to eat.

The location! Right next to the lake - what a view!
The reception staff were incredibly helpful
The evening meal we had there was pretty average

Lovely lovely staff, immaculate clean room/suite, perfect location, nice breakfast.
One small thing, pigeon droppings round the top of the jacuzzi and the birds landing about when you’re laying on the roof terrace. Could do with some deterrent like a false hawk or something like to scare them away.

The staff were great and very friendly. The view from the room was exceptional! The cleaning staff were great and went over and above. The rooftop wasn’t busy and was very relaxing. The location was also excellent.
If anything, the breakfast could have had more options for hot food.

Location perfect. Potentially a great place, but sadly lacking in customer focus. Could very easily be improved.
- Access to rooftop & pool was limited (no access after 7pm)..... when sunsets were at 9pm! Disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we selected this accommodation.
- Parking - told no parking included via booking.com when we arrived ..... but free if booking direct as shown on their website. Offered parking at 16 euro a day to park on a piece of land/ dirt in a back yard!
- Poor bathroom/ shower design - resulting in shower water flooding from bathroom floor into main room.
- Only one bottle opener in the whole place (the bar). So we purchased our own.

The location was perfect
We chose the hotel because we saw very good reviews on Booking.
But to be honest, we weren’t very satisfied.
The price was quite high compared to what we received.
The room and cleanliness were fine, and the location was also good.
But the breakfast was disappointing — the coffee was terrible, there was little variety, and items that ran out weren’t replenished in time.
The staff wasn’t very friendly — they had quite a sour attitude.
What bothered me the most was that checkout was at 11:00, and exactly at 11:00 — not a minute later — they called the room to ask if everything was okay because they needed to clean.
Honestly, I felt very rushed. After all, we’re traveling with a baby and a lot of stuff, and for just 5 extra minutes, they made us end our stay with a bitter taste.

The hotel was beautifully kept and immaculate. It had a lovely friendly feel about it and a lot of thought had gone into the rooms and what was included. The staff were so helpful especially the reception staff and the position was amazing overlooking the Lake.

Location was excellent. Hotel modern and very clean. The suite was spacious, having a balcony looking out onto the lake, it was amazing
The parking for us, was a little tricky, but having said that, it wouldn’t put us off staying there again

Well located, with very friendly reception staff. However stay spoiled by very rude owner/manager at Cafe Nero, attached to property. Breakfast could be improved.

Location to centre of Garda was excellent. Room was very good. Overlooking the lake, plenty for f space and modern.
No pool but I knew that. It was hot and would have been useful to cool off. Although, I know there is a big lake in front of me. Ha ha.

Location right on the lake front !
Breakfast buffet could be improved. One member of staff on breakfast duty who seemed to struggle to deal with keeping the buffet topped up and tables cleared .

Location was perfect. Cleanliness of room was top standard. Decor was tasteful and modern. Some lovely personal touches as well throughout the stay.
Breakfast was very basic, would have been great to have some more varied options on different days as every day was the same selection. It is a little bit inconvenient that there were no reception staff for a few hours around midday as it meant there was no one able to help with any enquiries. Would be a great addition to add a removable mesh topper over the rooftop jacuzzi to stop bird poop landing in the water when it is not in use.

The location. The hotel is situated directly across from the Lake in the centre of everything, restaurants and shops all around which we love. It is a beautiful location.
No problem with noise.
The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and we had a Lakeside DeLuxe Suite on the Top floor. It was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Stunning views of the Lake and all that was going on outside. The room had a kettle and fridge.
5 minutes walk to the ferry and the same to the bus station.
The reception staff were lovely and very helpful in every way.
Really didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have a lounge or Sitting Room with comfortable sofas and chairs. We had a few hours to wait on the day of departure on a very Rainy day and the only place to go was the empty dining room .
I found Breakfast time a hassle every single morning- going round looking for and then having to ask for cups, a teapot, spoons, plates etc. ‘Are there more eggs , is there bread, are there croissants? ‘ usually No was the answer.
Car parking seems to be quite a distance from the hotel. We didn’t need a car.

Location on the lake.
Staff were friendly.
Hotel was beautiful.
One of our favourite places and would stay again!
Rooftop Terrace closes at 7 pm which was a shame if out all day and wanting a few quiet drinks on the roof before dinner - unsure if this is a regulation or hotel policy.
Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful.
The breakfast selection could be improved. It was satisfactory but could be much better by adding a few extra hot options.

The bathroom needs more hooks and shelves!

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right on the garda promenade. It was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly.
We didnt like the hard crusty rolls at breakfast and hot drinks machine made warm drinks. There was also no top up of room sachets for hot drinks. And nowhere comfy to sit either in the room or hotel for guests.

Room was amazing, staff helpful, food perfect. Rooftop jacuzzi was well needed in the heat.

Great location, just had a major refurb which is great.
Rooftop pool is very small, more like a plunge pool. Also staff were a little abrupt at times and didn’t have flexibility between the restaurant and hotel - for example all tables were booked so we asked to eat on the rooftop solarium (where there were plenty of empty tables) and this was refused.

A small double room overlooking the side street. Is there a noise from the street and restaurants at nights? Of course, typically till midnight, but it's normal for this kind of location. You can always close the windows and turn on the a/c which works really well. For breakfast, except for sweets, there's a small choice of meats, cheeses, eggs and vegetables plus a nice lake view :). The room and bathroom good enough, everyting clean and functioning.
One extra sqm of room space would come in handy :).
Toilet flush behind the wall right next to your head, but in general no other noice from adjacent rooms.
Not enough flexibility with check-in times.

not so much variety at breakfast but still almost everything you need .

The air con in our room (10) was freezing which was great given the hot temps outside. The location is what you pay for here, its perfect, right on the lake. Having breakfast with that view. Small bed but very comfy.
The room just needs a mini fridge, just to keep drinks/snacks cold. Otherwise all good.

Breakfast was among the best in the various hotels we stayed at in Italy. Breakfast staff was very nice. Location is right on the lake which has its pluses and minuses.
Parking is a nightmare. There is a lot 300m walk from the hotel but you have to have their parking card. This means that you have to find somewhere to park at first, which is a nightmare, go to the hotel, get the card, and then find their lot. The process has to be reversed to leave. Our stay was complicated for two reasons. First, we received no instructions or address for the parking outside of being told it was 300m away,
Second, we could not get the card to work despite multiple tries and trips back to the hotel to get a new card. It turns out that because our car had a long hood/bonnet, it was too close to the gate-pole and that would not allow the gate to work. There is no sign warning of this problem and apparently they new of it. Also, when they had figured out the problem, they were supposed to call us and they did not. We were lucky to check on our own. Finally, the person on duty at our check had a very disinterested attitude to our situation and is probably the most unhelpful hotel staff person I every dealt with.
The hotel management apparently sees nothing wrong with the ridiculous parking situation and was unwilling to give us credit for our troubles. They still charged us full 30e for two nights parking.
The location is on the lake but also in the center of all the action. There is a good amount of noise through the night and one night someone lit off fire crackers just outside. These are not the hotel's fault but something of which to be aware.

Location Was a great. The cleaning staff were lovely ladies who kept the hotel spotless.
The management need lessons in customer service. They were non interactive, quite miserable On arrival i asked for a drop of milk as there was none in my room. I was told they sold it in cartons in the supermarket, at first I thought he was joking, but soon realised he was serious, he did get me some but made me feel uncomfortable. Later I bought a bottle of orange in Verona not realising it hadn't a screw top. When we got back I asked if they could take the top off, only to be told it would cost 2 euros. I said to forget it then my husband step in and he took the top off. I don't expect to be treated in this manner. Our taxi to the airport at 9am was cancelled at 8.15am we asked about getting another to be told go to the bus station. I have never been treated in such a negative manner, this was the 4th visit at this hotel I assume its under new management, staff need training in customer service.

Location and scenery of the hotel is nice ,because it is one of the front line hotels. The rooms are clean and breakfast is OK.
Where should I start?
1. Staff was rude. The receptionist lady with black hair (can be the owner) was super "not nice" because we arrived early. Our ferry arrived early and we wanted to leave the luggage. She said 'you are too early", and left with no help. She told us that we can leave luggae anywhere we want and she left immidiately , didn't even talk to us!
2. There is no locked place to leave your luggage. No security. No help or any smiling face. No information about ferry, sightseeing, anything...
3..they give the room after 3pm but kick you out at 10am ?!??. So you pay for 24 hours but get 19 hours maximum in the room. And i repeat! There is no safe place to leave your luggage!
4.shower is extremely small, so if you are above avarage like us, (a little bit tall) you cannot put your arms up to wash your hair.
4. Very very noisy! No isolation of the doors.Cleaning ladies shout in the corridors. All noise from the restaurant comes to your room all night.
5. Not worth for the money.
