Spacious apartment, pleasant residential surroundings, walking distance to lake

The property is a residential building block with one and two bedroom apartments. They upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment as the hotel was not full (mid October). We were very pleased with the apartment, very spacious, and it was well appointed. It is less than a 1Km walk from the lake. The reception staff was always very helpful. The property is relatively new.

Clean modern apartment close to centre of Garda

Clean, modern apartment. Well equipped. Basic furniture and fitting but comfortable and well equipped. Large balcony. Nice pool area. Lovely view of the lake. Reception staff very helpful. Secure garage for cars. Convenient location about 15 minutes walk from centre of Garda.

Only minor issue was that there wasn’t a toaster. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Visit to Garda - 4 Adults (Two Elderly)

The apartment was perfect, fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. Huge balcony. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The whole complex was kept very well and was nice a peaceful. Lots of sun loungers, beautiful pool, helpful staff.

The A/C had been turned to heating mode because it was late in Sept. However it still got quite warm at night, so would be nice to have the option of heat or AC. A decent walk from town, about 20 minutes. Difficult to get taxis if you need them.

Great stay in a comfortable apartment

Great complex with spacious and clean apartment, friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is nice, the view is great, the parking space is large, the location is good (if you don't mind walking a bit) - but it is perfect if you would like to explore with car. We liked that it is out of the center and enjoyed the nightly short walk back and forth with our toddler. It's the full package, you won't be disappointed if you don't mind the premium price, it's a safe choice and there is a lot do around this region.

Two things could be improved: the gym is large and spacious, but it would be great to have a better variety, like pull up bars and bench pad. Also, I feel like the complex is missing a bar - although there are vending machines for snacks and drinks.

A lovely apartment and a beautiful complex that was perfect for our needs

The property was clean and well presented and the air con was much appreciated. The facilities on site were great and the pool was lovely. It was extremely handy to have on site parking.

Modern and quiet at night, lovely air conditioning and comfortable.

The air conditioning was the best bit as was very hot during our stay and it meant we could have a good night sleep. The beds were big and the place was overall quite clean and modern. Location was good.

No instructions on how to use the hob. Could have been a bit cleaner, some dirty dishes in the cupboard. Need to provide more than 2 rolls of toilet roll for a family.

Great base for exploring Lake Garda.

Self catering apartments perfect for visiting Garda with a car. Great sized rooms, gorgeous view from balcony and friendly staff.

Perfect place to stay in Lake Garda and would easily stay again in the future,

Location was great, 15mins from the lake, amazing restaurants within walking distance, modern newly furnished apartments and very helpful staff at all times. The complex is very clean and our two bed apartment was perfect for our family. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Garda. Also had a secure car park for each apartment available.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We would happily come again.

The hotel was lovely. The pool was beautiful and although it was too cold for my husband and I, my children made full use. The apartments are good in size and well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.

There was no where to get a drink or anything- there is nothing on site. Also the cleaning supplies left in the bathroom could have been in a cupboard. But other than that it was amazing and we’d happily stay again.

Nice apartment with good kitchen utensils and pool but cleaning could be of a higher standard

About 1k walk into main Garda town down a hill. A couple of supermarkets are within walking distance but definitely a lot pricier than the large supermarkets. Apartment was nice with good sized rooms and kitchen utensils. Good sized pool with plenty sun loungers and pool open until 9pm. Lovely views out across the hills onto the lake. Air con worked well. Good storage within bedrooms and plenty of towels for use.

On arrival, very little information given about facilities, pool opening times, etc and really just given room key with a map. Bathroom had a bit of grime build up and could do with a refresh. Very small bottle washing up liquid and one kitchen towel for 5 day stay. Floors under bed not cleaned and quite dusty with some mould seen on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Could benefit from pool table or table tennis. Had to pay €5 for one use of washing machine and same for dryer. No information about how to use cooker etc but eventually found a qr code in cupboard above the cooker fan. Lots of German channels on the tv. No tv guide.

Great place. Quite new. Exactly like the pictures. Modern. Great pool and apartment is very convenient. View of the mountain is awesome. Good service. You have all you need for a family stay: fully equipped kitchen, great AC in all rooms, washing machine services, Gym, shaded parking. Refrigerator is quite large. Dish washer, induction instead of gas, and of course the pool. Water is always hot. Large cabinets.

Mattress is 7/10 comfortable. Small 32” TV (we never used it). Walls not decorated.

The ability to buy a starter pack of mini essentials like olive oil, salt etc would be helpful as not want to buy full-size packs of everything. An inventory available pre holiday would be useful to know what to bring. An ice cube tray would have been useful!! Also please ban inflatables from pool as impedes ability to swim - there were several at any one time.

Bit of a trek from Garda town - 20 mins uphill, would be fine if you had a car though. Good supermarket, bakery and a handful of restaurants a bit closer though. Real shame that Residenza Olivo doesn't have its own pool bar with drinks and snack facilities given its out of town location. Gym wasn't great, bit of an afterthought with low weights and poor air con. Price was high i feel compared with the lack of facilities.

A fantastic stay!

The complex was very clean, it felt safe and secure, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area and gym were great. It was in a lovely location and our top floor views were fantastic.

My family loved staying here and were sad to leave.

Property was clean and modern. Apartments very spacious and comfortable. Nothing to complain about, they were excellent.

Location was the only thing letting it down. 20 minutes walk up a hill from Garda with no buses or taxis passing by. A transfer bus a few times a day up and down into Garda would make all the difference.
