The hotel was simply beautiful. Exactly as described. Staff were exceptionally kind and efficient.

The breakfast was standard for Italy but that was probably the weakest part of the holiday. However, we only tried it once and then went elsewhere.

Fab hotel in Garda town.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a nice glass of cold fizz - what a great start! Location couldn't be better - right on the lake and just a minutes walk from the ferry pier, in the middle of everything the town has to offer but far enough for it not to be noisy. It was spotlessly clean, and rooms were a great size. The bathrooms were lovely with heaps of fluffy towels. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming (especially the super helpful and very professional Julia who really looked after us). Breakfast was great too with a good selection of breakfast goodies which we ate on the terrace overlooking the lake. The bus station is a 5 minute walk away. Thank you all for a lovely stay - will definitely return.

The location of the hotel could not be better. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was outstanding- lots of choice, fresh, varied and a view of the lake as a bonus! Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. A great choice if staying in Garda.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was delicious and always served with beautiful, welcoming smiles from the two ladies who served us. Everything was special. The service, the reception, Tomaso, his dog, the staff, attention to detail and the position with wonderful views across the lake.

The location on the lake is absolutely perfect. You are right next to a ferry dock. It is very easy to get to this from the train station as long as you are renting a car, or just use the ferry. The town of Garda is lovely. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The size of the room was quite nice with everything inside the room in the bathroom updated and decorated in traditional Italian style. The views over the lake are amazing. The restaurant is a really good one

Perfect!

The location is amazing!! In front of the lake, a lot of restaurants near by and also in the hotel. Very good and rich breakfast, big room, comfortable for family with small child and a baby. But the most important thing - the staff was helpful and kind! Gave us all the information and help.

The only thing that the parking near by was expensive and we didn't know that before.

Perfect Boutique Lake Hotel

Great location and very comfortable. We were greeted by the manager who made everything very easy. The room was excellent and a good size, the aircon was effective. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold dishes with eggs cooked to order and choice of coffees.

A perfect boutique dog friendly hotel at the best location!

I really enjoyed my stay. I travelled alone with two dogs and it was the perfect dog friendly hotel. Staff is lovely and the rooms were clean and cosy with a beautiful view over Lake Garda. The restaurant is by far the best on the boulevard so even if you’re not staying there, it deserves a visit. Great seafood menu and lovely wine. I’ll definitely come back!!

gorgeous boutique hotel in a picturesque setting

a gorgeous boutique hotel right on the lake - staff extremely welcoming and helpful. lovely large room (junior suite). nice breakfast too!

it was very noisy - be prepared to hear live music from outside. I also had noisy people in other rooms and there is no soundproofing. I was only here for one night and got very little sleep which was a shame.

Nice staff, lovely location, rooms hot.

Nichole at the desk was extremely helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly. The location was lovely overlooking the water and we received a room with a lovely view of the lake.

Our biggest gripe and this is occurring not just at this hotel - turning off the air conditioning on an arbitrary date because technically it is “no longer summer”. It was the hottest Autumn in years, and the rooms were hot and stuffy and we couldn’t use air con because they’d turned it off. If we opened the windows we couldn’t sleep due to the traffic noise and people below. If a hotel advertises air conditioning they should honour that. We were given a fan but all that does is circulate hot air if the windows are closed.
