Perfect location, quiet and restful.

Perfect location with a 15 minute walk to the harbour and town, which was full of wonderful places to eat and drink . The hotel was very relaxing and quiet with great staff. Was a perfect place to stay post Verona and prior to Venice 👌

Our room was very small, with a window that faced a wall, so very little natural light. We are of average height and BMI and still only one of us could be moving at anyone time, the other had to stay on the bed. However your time in the room is minimal and the outside space lovely.

Perfect romantic destination on Lake Garda

Perfect location for travelling to other towns on the lake both by bus and ferry - close to ferry terminal and bus stops. Stunning views over lake Garda, both from our room and the breakfast/terrace area. The hotel is immaculate in all areas. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for you. Very varied choices for breakfast and evening meals were also delicious. The bar staff went above and beyond for us by ordering in more cider when they ran out as we don't drink lager! These are the kind of special touches you will find at this hotel. I’m not surprised that people go back year after year.

We would have liked to have sat outside for the evening meal and we are not sure why this is only permitted at breakfast time.

Good stay in Garda

Good view from room, good breakfast, nice pool area, close to town centre. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool so we always managed to get them.

Room a bit small. We had a terrace with sun beds and table and chairs - nice but it didn’t get the sun at any point in the day and there’s no privacy so go for a cheaper room and sit by the pool.

Superb place to stay to relax

This hotel is the perfect place to relax. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. The room was spacious and bright and well equipped The breakfast was fantastic with a huge range to choose from which was replenished regularly and very good quality. Plenty of serving staff well organised always there to help The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from Garda with all its restaurants, bars and shops on the lake

A fantastic stay! We shall be returning.

The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly both during and before our stay. The hotel location was perfect with a very short walk into Garda town and opposite the ferry port. Pool and view were luxuries during our stay and breakfast offered a wide range of options. Food and drink was reasonably priced. All inclusive tea time was a nice touch.

Air conditioning was poor but the staff were responsive to this providing an effective fan. Hair dryer could do with upgrading. No option of late check out and limited facilities to get ready to leave for the airport, with only an outdoor shower available.

No shampoo or conditioner in room. Lack of ambience in bar area Dissappointed that I was asked where a plastic glass had gone from poolside , we advised it was in our room as hadn't finished iced coffee .

Celebrating our Friends 30th Anniversary

The hotel was beautifully clean, our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking lake Garda and pool. The rooms were made up everyday, breakfast was lovely and plentiful kept us going for a good few hours. At 5pm they offer free bitesize cakes, snacks and hot drinks. Friendly staff, bar prices only a few cents more than bars in town. We had a couple of evening meals at the hotel which were excellent. Short 5 minute walk to the ferry and town and you can walk along the promenade to Bardolino about 50 ?min stroll and we got the ferry back. Absolutely fabulous hotel, location and would return if we went back to the same town.

Lounge/bar area lacked atmosphere and seemed under furnished. I didn't find the furniture very comfortable either

5 Stars !!

Where to start - this hotel is fantastic. We had half board , so I was a bit skeptical about dinner but let me say WOW! 4 courses - fine dining with a choice of 3/4 things for courses. Food was phenomenal. Breakfast - so much choice and all tasted superb. 4 o'clock they bring out coffee/tea and selection of cakes and sandwiches. We had lunch a couple of days and their salads were gorgeous. Even drinks were not stupid prices - roughly what you would pay here in the city. Staff could not do enough for you. Tables are reserved for you so there is no jostling for a table. Minibar in room which had water and juice for free. Water replenished everyday. Location - perfect. 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants and ferry terminal on your door step so quick and easy access . Excellent spot. Pool small but enough for a dip. Can't really fault anything. Will come back here for sure.

A great hotel at Garda

The location of the hotel is excellent for walking into the town and waterside shopping and dining in Garda (10 mins steady walk) Hotel has a terrace pool and covered dining area A great variety of good quality food at breakfast and teatime - there is no lunchtime menu (except toasted sandwiches or pizza at the bar) but we were never in the hotel during the day as there are plenty of eating places on the lakeside and in the shopping area. Loads of shops to stroll around during day and night. Reception staff are good and very helpful Restaurant staff are excellent Our room was a 'small economy double' but it only felt small at the sides of the bed (about 2 feet space each side). Good size toilet/shower room with hair dryer, illuminated make up mirror, bidet. Balcony with table and 2 chairs. Great aircon.
