Beautiful property

Everyone was very friendly:) The bed was comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast terrace had a great view over the lake which was the main reason we booked.

Our standard double room had a view onto the busy main road, and the room was quite different to the images of the room we booked. If I visit again, I will make sure to book a room with a lake view instead.

A beautiful place in a beautiful area that could have been exceptional if well run and maintained

No coffee maker in room or hotel , restaurant closed except for breakfast, reception staff disinterested, nowhere ie a lounge to even sit , no library or anything to do on a rainy day . Hotel must have been great in its heyday but neglected running on bare minimum. Many notices telling you what was not allowed and what to do and how your room would be checked before you leave .A beautiful place

Comfortable and Clean, with fiendly staff but in need of an update.

The location was brilliant and the staff were very helpful. Gardens were amazing and the cleanliness was very good.

Breakfast wasn't the best very poor coffee most of the functions on the machine didn't work. quite often no mugs by the machine or no cutlery in the baskets. The Hotel/Rooms are quite dated and are in need of an update, that being said it was very clean and comfortable.

The location and gardens

It’s very run down and in urgent need of renovation. The pictures they advertise do not reflect the current state of the property. The staff is not friendly.

Experience Garda's luxurious history

Great location, few minutes away from the center by foot. Just leave the car in the hotel parking (very important in Garda) and just walk along the lake shore. Although it would need a deep renovation, thanks to some minor updates in the last decade, this hotel is still able to make you feel special and somehow privileged. Our room didn't face the lake but we were able to enjoy the amazing lake views from a wonderful shared terrace with sunbeds and from the beautiful garden.

Breakfast was as basic as it gets and the facilities are aging very fast: some things are ancient (e.g. elevator) and the materials used in the renovation were not high quality and are now giving up. However this allows guests to get a taste of Garda's luxurious history at a reasonable price!

Beautiful location. Stunning old house on the shores of Lake Garda with wonderful views.

Sadly our stay started badly; we checked in at 3pm and found no water in our room (to drink). My husband went to reception to be told the bar was shut and he'd have to go to a shop/restaurant to buy some! We have never stayed anywhere where there is no complimentary water in the room (especially as the water from the tap is not recommended). Come on Hotel Du Parc....add a Euro to the cost of the room and put a bottle of water in the minibar! Dated decor. No air conditioning. Loud road and building work noise. Lawn uncut, pool scruffy and not warm (the ducks loved it!). Hot tub in garden out of use. No tea/coffee in the room.

Great location, stunning views.

The location was perfect and very picturesque, a short 10 min walk on the water fronts takes you right into Garda and there's loads of shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site but also adjacent to the hotel is a nice bar which is very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very nice, fresh fruit and all you could want every morning.

The hotel has a variety of rooms and some are a little dated than others but they're still very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location but the structure maintenance is not matching at all the value

The location is really one of the best possible, with a wonderful view of the Garda lake and the village of Garda. The garden just on the lake is such a nice place to relax in the sunshine.

The structure has not been maintained to the level it would be expected from such a location. The electric system in the room was at risk of ignition, the toilet had no air circulation. The cleaning of the common areas was not good and done in the early morning, not allowing to have a good rest. The breakfast was served only until 9:30, which is a bit too early for an holiday time...

Excellent value for money. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel du Parc. Lovely staff, great breakfast and an amazing location. The facilities are good, the room decor is charming - sort of a 1950s Art Deco style.

The location is great. Hotel has a beautiful garden overlooking the lake. Charming morning breakfast setting

I was shocked when i uncovered the bed spread. Blanket was full of black hair. The white sheets underneath were clean but the blanket was awful. I was afraid to use it. It got cold at night and the ac unit was too loud and failed to heat. I checked in late was too tired to change the room but this was awful black hair were in the toilette too. They left half used cream bottles in the bathroom for use ::( carpet on the 1st floor in the hallway is seriously stained and needs cleaning. Bathroom is tiny. Bed dashboard is full of dust. Staff at breakfast does not even greet clients :-( ecen though it is a buffet style the staff lacks basic manners. No help with luggage.

Niezapomniany pobyt nad Jeziorem Garda.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest niesamowita! Wymarzyłam sobie wakacje w prawdziwie włoskim stylu i stąd wybór Hotelu Du Parc. Przed przyjazdem czytałam opinie np. o przestarzałych wnętrzach, ale nie rozumiem zaskoczenia. Zdjęcia oddają to, jak wygląda obiekt. Wystrój hotelu mi się spodobał, bo poczułam włoski klimat. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na jezioro i każdego poranka czułam zachwyt nad tym, co widzę. W hotelu było bardzo czysto i każdego dnia nasz pokój został posprzątany. Chętnie wrócę do hotelu Du Parc. Dziękuję za niezapomniany pobyt nad Jeziorem Garda.

Perfekte Lage. Kleiner Strand seitlich vom Hotel. Kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Reichhaltiges abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Mineralwasser im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Vergrößerungsspiegel.

Een proper, mooi gelegen hotel met super ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel, maar GEEN 4 STERREN-hotel

Het ontbijt was super. Uitgebreid en keuze genoeg. Buiten het hotel was alles zeer netjes en mooi.

Airco in hoofdgebouw was stuk. Restaurant van het hotel was niet open. Wij moesten onze kamer binnenstappen via een deur die gemaakt was van een vroeger raam (zeer smal) Kamer van de zoon was precies het vroegere borstelhok. In de kamer was er geen fatsoenlijke stoel voorzien om op te zitten, alleen maar een poef. Het terras was één groot gezamenlijk terras met de naast ons gelegen kamers. Geen mogelijkheid op een beetje privacy, enz..........

Einzigartig

Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal das Hotel besucht, da es eine einzigartige Lage in Garda hat. Personal stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut, das Frühstück ist reichlich. Die Terrasse zum Frühstück und Abendessen (ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen!) ist einfach herrlich und abseits der Touristenmassen im Zentrum. Dennoch ist man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Auch der beheizte und angenehme Pool bietet Kühle und Entspannung nach einem langen Tag.

Die Sauberkeit, das Frühstücksbuffet

Die Fotos suggerieren einen Ort der Ruhe. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist aber definitiv hier nicht gut aufgehoben! Man ist im Zimmer und im Garten zwischen dem Brummen der vielbefahrenen Uferstraße und dem Wummern der Schiffe am See.

Vi så frem til et lækkert ophold med lidt luksus på vores 3 dages stop her på vores vej hjem. Det blev det ikke, maden v

2 af de 3 dage vi var der virkede airconditionen ikke, og da jeg gik ned om formiddagen på dag 2 og sagde det, fik jeg at vide at de ville kigge på det. Hvis det ikke virkede skulle jeg komme tilbage senere. Det virkede så ikke, og jeg vendte tilbage senere hvor jeg så fik at vide at det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved nu, jeg skulle have kommet tidligere ( og det gjorde jeg jo) dagen efter blev der heller ikke tilkaldt hjælp til det, de snakkede bare. Og det er ikke ok, og der var 30 + grader, så der var ulideligt at være, og umuligt at sove .

Aldrig mere Hotel Du Parc, Garda

God beliggenhed - kun få minutters gang fra Garda.

Vores aircondition stoppede helt med at virke efter den første dag. Trods utallige henvendelser til personalet blev det ikke fikset. De sagde de nok skulle få det fikset - de ville bestille en håndværker. Det skete bare aldrig, og i +30 gr blev det bare ulideligt - både dag og nat😥 Morgenmaden var kun lige acceptabel - 2,5 ud af 5⭐ Personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende eller smilende - helt modsat det ophold vi lige kom fra i Toscana😒 Værelset vi boede på havde et ødelagt gulv - det blev klaret med et håndklæde over det ødelagte gulv, så man ikke fik splinter tæerne - ikke hvad man forventer af et godt/fint hotel. Hvilket det heller ikke var. Det virkede kort og godt som et hotel der var ved at gå fallit.
