The room had insects in, the door handle had bacteria growing on them, the bed had bugs in. Absolutely disgraceful and they have refused a refund even though the receptionist seen the room and agreed we would get a refund.

Worst experience on Garda lake. Horrible staff. Awful parking. Room is very uncomfortable. No outlets to charge the gadgets. Bathroom looks like. 2 star hotel max. Do not stay here unless there are other places available on Garda

Terrible night and much more terrible breakfast - everybody angry.

Really nice lady in reception, so nice, always smile and very welcome. Location perfect, Garda lake just in short walk distance, a great place for walking. The dinner was OK!

Surprisingly bad service. So nice and very welcoming lady met us at reception. We thought that we have made great choice, but no! Service in restaurant destroys everything- so unlike and not welcoming stuff I haven’t seen since 90ties in Austria. Restrictions because of COVID is understandable, but stupid staff makes everything even more dangerous. First we thought that maybe something is wrong with us, bet they recognize that almost every guest who whanted something to ask gets really rude answers even pretty laud and aggressive. No single smile from waitresses. Few mans in restaurant so rude, that they have to work in a place where is no contact with people! During the night maybe was some rain or whater got to the floor in outside therassa most probably becaus of some watering system, but in the morning was so slippery and nobody cared, no warning signes several people just felt down but nobody cared. The picture of wet floor has been attached as well! We stayed just one night, but immediately recognized small insects in a rooms - all four of us because of those insekts slept really bad and uncofortable. Picture with bites have been attached as well...

Wonderful hotel in Garda!

We booked it mainly for the location and it had tennis courts. We love tennis. Plus the pool was a plus. Very helpful reception and they answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Very safe free parking. The rooms are nothing special but we only stayed a night and we were gone most of the time. Still the bathroom was nice and the shower excellent. A/C as well. Nice breakfast included as well. We would very much recommend this hotel if you want a wonderful location!

Sehr schöner Ausblick von dem Hotel auf den Gardasee in einer parkähnlichen Anlage. Sehr schöner gepflegter großer Pool mit Liegen, gepflegte Tennisplätze. Schönes Restaurant und Bar. Die Wohnung neu renoviert, sauber mit vielen nützlichen Utensilien. Sauberes schön gestaltetes Bad. Sehr guter Parkplatz im Freien nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und sicher abgestellt.

War ein schöner Urlaub

Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal dort war sehr,sehr freundlich und ein toller Service. Auch in der Bar war guter Service und Freundlichkeit an der Tagesordnung. Ausreichend Liegen am Pool. Housekeeping war auch sehr zuverlässig und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Alls in allem ist das Haus sehr renovierungsbedürftig,aber das passiert wohl auch nach und nach. Sehr enttäuschend war das Personal an der Rezeption bei der Abreise!!!!!!! Kein : „war alles in Ordnung?“, kein: „warum reisen sie früher ab?“ kein: „Gute Heimreise!“,kein : „ Danke“!!! Nur: „Es ist alles bezahlt!!!“ Ich hätte mir etwas Freundlichkeit und ein Lächeln gewünscht,aber da waren die Erwartungen wohl zu hoch!!! Bitte ein Beispiel am restlichen Personal nehmen. Ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen,weil mich das wirklich geärgert hat.

Jederzeit wieder!

Super Hotelanlage! Sauber und schön angelegt. Auch der Pool ein Highlight. Wir hatten das Apartment 4 und es war sehr modern eingerichtet, auch alles sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hier packt sogar der Chef mit an 😎 Frühstück und Abendessen… Klasse, hier fehlt es an nichts! Die Lage und der Ausblick sind auch genial. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in Garda. Nur sollte man zurück die Hanglage nicht unterschätzen. Superschöner Kurzurlaub 🌞

Den Preis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher sollte man gleich von vornherein mit einrechnen. Das Toilettenpapier muss selbst gekauft werden.

Die Lage am Hügel setzt eine gewisse Sportlichkeit voraus, was aber für uns kein Problem war (passt zum Sporthotel)

Heerlijk genoten

We hadden een prachtig nieuw appartement. Mimosa 3. Op de kamers zat airco en de kamers bleven ook koel door de rolluiken. Er zat een klein balkon waar je kon zitten. Rond het zwembad waren overal ligbedden en kon je bij het grote overdekte terras lekker in de koelte, een hapje en een drankje nuttigen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De locatie was mooi omringd door bloemen en planten.

Het lopen naar het centrum. De afstand was lopend maar 10 minuten, maar als je ouder wordt is dat steile gedeelte met die warmte zwaar. Na een paar keer dit gelopen te hebben namen wij de auto. Die kon je makkelijk parkeren op de grote parkeerplaatsen beneden.

A szállás egy domb tetején helyezkedik el, kb. 10 perc sétára Garda város központjától. Parkolás biztosított volt a szabad helyek függvényében. A szobánk szép és tágas volt, nagy, de közös, nem teljesen elválasztott terasszal. Az ágy kényelmes, a hangszigetelés jó. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges. A medence is tiszta, nagyon sok napággyal körülötte. A személyzet minden egyes tagja kedves volt.

A fürdőszoba nem volt teljesen kitakarítva, az előző vendégek hajszálai a kövön és a zuhanyzóban ott maradtak, illetve sok volt a pókháló a szobában.

Sehr gelungenes verlängertes Wochenende

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Beim Cappuccino ist noch etwas Luft nach oben 😉. Die Lage ist perfekt. Toller Blick auf den wunderschönen Garda See. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse direkt zum Pool. Besser geht nicht. Es gab aber auch Liegen etwas abseits, für Leute die es gerne etwas ruhiger haben. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig (Länge 25 m). Zum schwimmen hervorragend. Das einzige was etwas genervt hat waren die vom Beckenrand springenden Kinder, das liegt aber im Auge des Betrachters 🙃.

God beliggenhed og gode faciliteter.

God stor pool med ens dybde over det hele. Gode liggestole og masser af dem. Lejlighederne i Mimosa har en god udsigt ud over byen og søen. De er nyrenoverede og med god aircondition i en flot bygning. Hotelværelset også nyrenoveret og god rengøring hver dag. Morgenmaden på hotellet er rigtig god med et bredt udvalg. Gå afstand ned til byen er fin, der er dog meget mørkt at gå om aftenen på et stykke af vejen op mod hotellet.

Tennisbanerne kunne godt trænge til lidt vedligehold, ligeledes bærer hotelområdet præg af, at der stadig mangler lidt renovering på udearealerne. Men der er rent. Synes at hotellet bør overveje at lade håndklæder og lagner indgå i den samlede pris, så gæsterne i lejlighederne undgår ekstra gebyrer på leje af dette. Helt ok med depositum på 150 euro på lejlighedsophold, selvom det ikke er så ofte at man støder på dette mere.

Heerlijk complex met alle faciliteiten voor een relaxte vakantie op loopafstand van het Gardameer

Kopje cappuccino op het terras in de ochtend, goed zwembad met voldoende bedjes onder de olijfbomen of in de zon, ruim gerenoveerd appartementcompex Villa Mimosa met fantastisch panorama uitzicht over Garda en het meer. Heerlijk relaxen op loopafstand van de drukte in Garda aan het meer.

Zelf beddengoed meenemen of extra bijboeken.

Meine Wünsche wurden übertroffen

Villa Mimosa Zimmer 4 war für meine Partnerin im Rollstuhl geeignet, da nur 6 Stufen waren. Zimmer Sauber, bequem Parkplatz vorhanden.

Natürlich wäre bei Mimosa 4 eine Rampe aus baulichen Gründen machbar, desewegen nur eine 9 von 10 Bewertung.

Optimales Hotel, in das wir immer wieder gerne fahren.

Perfekte Lage - ins Zentrum von Garda sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten. Ausreichend Parkplätze, schöner Pool mit vielen Liegen. Ausreichend Tennisplätze in gutem Zustand.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist alt(modisch) und das ganze Gelände „italienisch“…aber wir sind ja in Italien und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.
