The staff are excellent and attentive.
The spa is really nice.
Everything is well designed and carefully thought out.
Very nice bar with live music on certain Saturday evenings.
I liked the breakfast very much, but the dinner wasn't amazing, let's say it was okay. (but perfect hospitality)

Excellent breakfast choices and quality of food. The spa was also excellent, loved the various saunas and it was spotless. The best massages we've had!
Understand it's a large hotel, but it could be a bit more 'friendly' and personal for leisure guests.

Great pools- live up to photographs and nice breakfast
Paid for a ‘grand buffet’- nobody offered us a drink and the food was very limited.
On arrival we were a little early for our room but not shown or offered to let us use any facilities whilst we waited.
Phone was broken and reported several times with no action so had to walk down whenever needed anything from reception.
Only food available poolside was from a bar with construction work going on in front of it with staff insisting that food could not be eaten away from the bar where power tools were being used. Not four or five start service overall and was worst of the 3 places we stayed at in lake Garda area for equivalent price.
