Lake Front Hotel Brenzone

Where do I start...? The experience at this hotel was incredible. Super friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. Fantastic breakfast that you can have outside, sitting at arm's length of the lake - the views can't get any better! Everything was neat and tidy, our room (for a family of 4) was of very good size, comfortable and air-conditioned all the time. (I've been to hotels that switch off AC centrally during the day - no issue like that here). You can rent bikes or SUPs at no extra charge. Staff put deck chairs and bean bags out at the lake every day, so you can sit there and feel like you're on your private beach. The hotel is located a little below the main road, so it's shielded from the cars and motorbikes noise, which is great. At the same time, it's in the centre of the municipality, so you have a few more restaurants and bars around the corner. I would return there in a heartbeat!

Air conditioning was a bit noisy and there could have been a little more room for clothes (like a chest of drawers or something similar), but compared with everything else that was so good, these were minor things.

This hotel is just wonderful and made very special because of the excellent service from the family and staff.

Everything about the stay was stunning. The staff even helped my partner set up a birthday surprise for me with flowers and prosecco on our terrace. Highly recommend.

The only thing I can fault is that the pillows were pretty flat - however we didn't ask if they could be changed, so that's on us.

The room was spacious. The closeness to the lake was lovely. The restaurant next door was special.

The two main staff were rude and snappy.

Amazing services and exquisite restaurant! We felt appreciated and very welcome. One huge plus is restaurant with always smiling staff and delicious food and wine. As we had watersport session in the early morning outside of the hotel and could not make the breakfast on time, the restaurant made it even possible to arrange late breakfast just for the 2 of us! Nice rooms, back yard with chill zone and bike and sup equipment, hotel by the lake promenade. We would happily come back any time again.

It was a clean and confortably designed room.

Photos of the same category rooms included much better situated ones, so we felt quite dissapointed being placed in the corner with a very partial view to the lake and with two exits in front of our windows. This room should have been cheaper.

I liked the view from the hotel, as well as the possibility of enjoying breakfast while looking at the beautiful lake. The fact that the hotel offers good bicycles that you can rent for free, is also a big advantage. Employees at the reception were nice and helpful.

The biggest disappointment was the parking spot. The fact that it is a bit far from the hotel is ok, however it was nowhere mentioned that it costs 18 EUR per day, which makes the whole stay in the hotel far more expensive. Unfortunately when you come with a car you have no option, either you book a spot at the hotel and you pay, or you park somewhere in the city, where you have to pay as well. In my opinion such information should be clearly stated on the booking advert. The WiFi connection was slow and it permanently broke down, so definitely no Netflix here or yt in the evening. The air-conditioning is on demand, meaning you need to go down to the reception and ask for it to be turned on for some period of time. Although you have a controlling panel in the room, it is useless, as it does not allow you to control the air-conditioning yourself. The breakfast was mediocre, the best thing about it is the enjoyable view. When it comes to the whole vibe of the hotel I would say it is more stiff and formal, definitely not something that we enjoyed but I can imagine that for some guests this would be an advantage. I would defiantly not recommend the restaurant Al Vapor that is attached to the hotel, it is quite expensive and nothing special. Throughout my stay I enjoyed far more delicious meals in other places in the city or in other spots nearby.

This is a family run Hotel. Their mission is to make their guest feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered. They do that by paying attention to all details. They serve a great breakfast. They have a wonderful menu in their restaurant. The staff gis also wonderful and very friendly. Francesca at the reception is great, the owner and her son Pietro are courteous and make you feel special. They have special events almost every night. I don’t know what else to say. Just a wonderful place and I make a point to come back every time I am in Lake Garda.

Nothing that I can think of

The staff were helpful as we had booked into the older part of the hotel without knowing. Their manager eventually got us an economy room which was behind the bar but much more modern and clean. Peter and lady at reception were very welcoming and kind.

The thing which I disliked the most was that reception had control of the AC. Upon check in no number was given to contact them so I had to contact them via this to ask them to switch the AC on. They did switch it on however an hour or so later we accidentally switched the AC off without being able to switch on again and resulted in having to open the window. I literally slept for an hour as it was so warm and sounded like most of the traffic was passing by our window! I feel occupants should be able to switch their AC on and off as desired. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and never faced this issue. Breakfast seemed chaotic too. Only on my final morning was I asked if I wanted a drink

Erstklassige Lage direkt am Gardasee. Frontaler Seeblick aus dem gebuchten Zimmer. Freundliches Team. Liegestühle direkt am See. Mit Hund unproblematisch.

Freundliche Gastgeber und Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Frühstück war toll.

Essenszeit am Morgen. Es wäre toll wenn man bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken könnte.

Das Zimmer war klein und eng

Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderbar. Der Pool ist klein, aber mit der Sprudelfunktion sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war super, die Betten bequem, alles war sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder leihen.

Es war komfortabel und richtig gut gelegen. Das Zimmer und Bad war groß und sauber.

Top Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer und das Personal war überaus freundlich. Reichhaltiges Frühstück direkt am See und dazu immer schöne italienische Musik im Hintergrund. Das Hotel bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Lage war top.

Gefallen hat uns die gute Lage, wobei Brenzone an sich eine sehr ruhige Gegend am Gardasee ist genau was wir wollten. Der Chef und die jüngere Rezeptionnistin und auch das Reinigungspersonal waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel stellt Fahrräder SUP's und sogar ein Kanu zur Verfügung. Der Chef ist sehr präsent und hatte immer ein freundliches Auftreten. Das Frühstück war ok, ich denke hier wird jeder fündig. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, und der Seeblick vom Balkon waren perfekt. Hunde dürfen mit zum Schwimmbad aber nur in einem bestimmten Bereich bei der Sitzgruppe. Hunde dürfen mit ins Restaurant.

Zu meinem bedauern hatte ich vergessen unsere 2 Hunde bei der Buchung mit anzumelden. Somit wurde hierfür auch nichts Vorbereitet, wobei ich nicht weiß ob die Angabe dieser Info etwas geändert hätte. Ich habe der Rezeptionistin erklärt, dass ich nicht weiß wie ich meinem Hund innerhalb eines Tages erklären soll dass er nicht auf Bett darf. Ich verstehe die Überlegung dass es nicht erlaubt ist wegen späteren Gästen mit Allergie und Hygien also habe ich mir Rat bei der Rezeptionistin gefragt und mir eine Alternative erhofft (Eine große Decke die ich übers Bett hätte ziehen können, Einen Hundekorb) - (Den eigenen kann man ja nicht so einfach mit auf Reisen nehmen.) Die auf mich nicht authentisch fast überfreundliche Dame hat mir in einem strengeren Ton erklärt, dass es verboten ist. Was mir ja klar war, schließlich haben wir innerhalb der ersten 10 Minuten nach Ankuft die Regeln in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Direkt danach hat sie dann ebenfalls in einem strikten Ton gesagt, dass wenn die Hunde etwas schmutzig oder Kaputt machen wir eine Strafe von 90€ bezahlen müssen. Auf dem Regelzettel stand auch den Verweis auf die Haftpflicht mit drauf. Das muss echt nicht sein. Die Dame hatte mir dann vorgeschlagen, dass ich eine Decke haben kann... ich bekam daraufhin ein kleines Hundehandtuch. Was wir allerdings direkt bei Ankunft bekommen haben waren 2 in die Jahre gekommene Näpfe und zwei dreckige Matten um sie drauf zu stellen. Ich reise regelmäßig mit meinen Hunden, es kostet wenig auch den Hundehaltern das Gefühl zu geben dass ihre Hunde tatsächlich willkommen sind. Ich habe was das angeht selten so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. An den Liegen beim Schwimmbad darf man nicht essen, es ist auch leider niemand gekommen um etwas zum trinken zu servieren. Ähnlich am folgenden Abend, nach 20 Minuten sind wir dann in eine andere Cocktailbar gegangen.

Die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand und dürften vor nicht zu langer Zeit renoviert worden sein. Sie waren sauber gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und entsprach den Standard den man sich für den Preis erwarten kann. Die Lage des Hotels und die Lage des Pools waren auch stimmig.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, allerdings nicht routiniert oder es hat gewirkt als wären die Kellner Aushilfskräfte und nicht vom Fach. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher zu teuer . Der schön gelegene Pool ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet sondern von der Tiefe und Größe zum darin verweilen konzipiert (eher wie ein großer Whirlpool). Obwohl das Parken inbegriffen ist, gab es von der Parkplatz-Größe lt. Rezeption (Chefin?) keine Möglichkeit unseren VW-Bus am Hotelparkplatz zu parken. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Chef haben wir uns drauf verständigt, dass wir es trotzdem probieren wollen. Ich staunte nicht schlecht, als ich zu dem Parkplatz führ, der ca. 200m entfernt liegt und locker den VW-Bus einparken konnten (es waren lauter größere Autos und div. VW- oder Mercedes-Busse geparkt). ??? Insgesamt für die gebotenen Leistungen eher auf der hochpreisigen Seite (1730€ für 2 Erwachsene und ein 2jähriges Kind im Zimmer mit Kinderreisebett - 5 Tage mit Frühstück, August 2025).

Direkte Seelage. Wunderbare Terrasse. Frühstück und Abendessen am Seeufer, draußen, möglich.
