It was great I would go back

The rooms were large and spacious, the staff was personal and caring and if I needed anything the reception was always helpful. The bar is really nice and there was a pool table to end the day.

Beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable !

Close to the water, not inside a town, but not far from activities and places to go.

Parking in the outdoor areas was a bit of a crapshoot. Limited spaces in ungated section. Getting the gate opened and into the parking areas is hectic with narrow roads and traffic. Not something for nervous drivers! Easy enough to use though. I’d suggest remotes for the gate and assigned parking spots

Facilities, view from the room, pool, breakfast was also good for 3 star hotel. on the opposite of the hotel there is public parking and there was plenty if space

place if far from malcesine, at 23:00 everything is closed nearby, so no options for bars late in the evening. check out very early at 10:00

Nice hotel in great location

Location is fantastic in a quiet part of Lake Garda, very friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed Bar Lido which belongs to the hotel and is situated across the road next to the waterfront, here they serve light snacks such as Greek salads, ham with melon etcetera which come in huge portion sizes ! A wonderful place to sit and watch the sun go down, beautiful !

Loved everything about the hotel. We took a ferry trip to Lemione which was crammed so after a couple of hours we headed back across the lake.

Good location for Lake Garda

Location was superb, right on the lake front. Secure parking was available under the hotel. Lovely leisure area, including partly covered pool, jacuzzi, spa, sunbeds, etc. An international breakfast, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate out; attractive with a good bar area and outside seating. A nice local restaurant within 100 yards of the hotel recommended and good value. Room size was adequate, spacious shower room and amenities in the room included a fridge and TV.

It would have been nice to stay longer.

Luxurious feel, incredible breakfast with a reasonable price

It was a wonderful place, opposite the lake, with lovely staff and views from the garden / pool area. And the breakfast was the best we have ever had and included in our booking! The room was charming and the bed was comfortable and clean. Showers were hot. There was a fridge too! Parking was free opposite overnight or 10e for enclosed safe parking. Close to restaurants.

Very good 3 stats hotel! Polite and helpful staff. Parking at the hotel costs 10 euros per day. The hotel had a lot of free activities: kayaking, paddleboard, board games, billiards. daily room cleaning. Breakfast included freshly squeezed juices, fruits and coffee with oat milk! a very large selection of pastries and sweets. And also a gorgeous view of the mountains in the deluxe room, be sure to take these rooms. We will be happy to return to this hotel again!

the main breakfast (not including sweets and pastries) was boring and not of the best quality. It’s difficult to set the right water temperature in the shower (it’s either too hot or suddenly cold), but otherwise everything is fine! .

Good location but balcony on main street, good pool/whirlpool facilities, nice decor, lift to parking and room floors, bikes and kayak/paddles for free, good breakfast selection (even a juicer) and can have it outside, good size room and bathroom

Noisy at early morning if you have a balcony on the street, parking for a fee (not been told beforehand), mattress bit dated, would be good to have a toaster for bread at breakfast, cakes bit dry (maybe need a lid), would be good to have breakfast time till 11am and whirlpool till late

Unprofessional or unhonest reception lady who has wrongly charged me twice for the hotel room fee despite my strong obje

Nice location, good breakfast and dinner, lake view

We had a very bad experience when we checked out. When I checked out, I told the young lady at the reception that I have made the full payment of our hotel room through booking.com, but the reception lady assured me that the booking was just for authorization rather than full payment. Therefore she insisted that I should make full payment of my hotel room despite my objection. After making the payment upon the firm assurance from the reception lady, I was still not sure and checked the booking.com confirmation email and realised as i was correct that I have already made the full payment of the hotel room when booking. After I showed the confirmation email to the reception lady and asked her to cancel the payment I just made, she changed to another version by saying that only half of the price was made, which was completely wrong. I was really annoyed by such utterly incompetence of the hotel staff. If I was not being careful by double checking my record, I would have been charged twice for the hotel fee. After being pointed out the mistake made, the reception lady was not apologetic, which was really disappointing.

Very nice hotel at Lago di Garda

Very nice hotel at Lago di Garda; we had a room with lake view and it was great, we could enjoy the sunset sitting on the balcony. There was a nice pool area where you can relax and also they have a "beach" club directly by the lake, where you can relax or borrow a kayak or SUP (free of charge). Parking was easy (if your car is not too big) in the big parking garage. The highlight of our stay in this hotel was the breakfast which was really a great experience - there was so much to choose (also prosecco!) and everything sooo tasty. We can recommend this place and we will come back!

The hotel is getting quite old, it will slowly need some update. The fee for the parking in the garage is 15 EUR per day, which is quite expensive. The hotel price in the main season is also not very cheap. The road in front of the hotel is quite busy, but not too loud.

Right at the coast of La Garda it was a great spot for our one night on our road trip

The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the lake, the offering was fantastic- even freshly squeezed juice. We got a free welcome drink and the opportunity to borrow bikes for free as well. The lovely receptionist gave us a small present as we were leaving. All of these small details made the stay even more pleasant. Will stay at the hotel anytime.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Garda lake.

The women at the reception were so unfriendly I have never experienced that before. Upon arrival we felt really uncomfortable by how she treated us and the other guests.

Aged hotel with service handling everything to the highest inconvenience of the guests

Great location, direct at lake. Nice offers of free time activities, parking onsite.

Rude behavior at several occasions at front desk (handing everything really inconvenient for us as guests), rooms are rather old fashioned and aged. Gym & Sauna are really small and outdated equipment. No water in the room in the morning in the bathroom around 9 am. Smoking is allowed at the outside tables during breakfast hours.

Very enjoyable and a nice place to stay on Lake Garda

Excellent breakfast, tremendous choice. Located directly on the lake so great views and convenient for the bus. Staff were always helpful. They also had a nice bar/cafe on the lake front separate from the main hotel but only a short walk away.

Food in the evening was only average so we only ate there the once. Parking was steep at 15 euros per night.
