The location is fantastic. It’s in walking distance to the next little villages north and south with all the restaurants and supermarkets if you need. Great bike running walking trail right in front of lake/ door. Could charge our EV on the property for reasonable charge fees

Beautiful location on the lake!

The location is amazing, right on the water and our room had a great view of the lake. The breakfast was really good and the owner (the woman) was super attentive and brought our cappuccinos right away and was always so friendly. Tomasso (not sure I spelled it right) is THE NICEST staff member! He was so helpful and kind with everything we needed and inquired about. He worked the front desk and was a waiter at dinner and in the Bar off the patio. Truly a hard worker and never seemed annoyed by anything we asked about.

The air conditioning had a limit you could only turn it down to (22 degrees) and it was sweltering when we were there. (Europe is experiencing a horrible heat wave this summer). It was never really cool enough in our room to be comfortable and opening the balcony door did not help since it was so hot outside, so it was really hard to sleep in the heat. Also, it would be nice if the smokers were separated somehow during meals because people would just light up right next to you while you're eating and for those of us who do not smoke, it's really gross to eat with smoke blowing in your face. Last thing, the dark-haired girl that worked in the Bar was rude to us the entire time we were there, every time we ordered from the bar. I get it, everyone hates America right now but maybe judge people on a case by case basis since we are also angry at our government and we didn't deserve to be treated so rudely. Or maybe she just didn't like us, I don't know, but she made us feel like a burden for asking for anything.

My stay was great.

The breakfast was outstanding every morning. The location was perfectly located next to a kite surfing school/shop, which was the main reason for my visit at this location. There was a beautiful lakefront view from my room and everywhere around the area was very easily accessible by a short walk or bicycle ride.

Short vacation organized to do windsurfing. I chose the hotel because there is a surf school. The location is really lovely, the friendly staff (free upgrade of the single room with a double balcony with lake view and also granted late check out) and the rich and tasty breakfast. I didn't use the pool or had dinner so I can not express a judgment on that. I'll come back

Fantastic 3 star with it's own beach!

Fabulous location on the lake and friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were great and especially got better when I was upgraded to room 20 with front row view of the lake. Bike rentals from the hotel and SUP, sailing, kite & Wind surfing rentals/lessons right next door...very convenient. Thank you!

Wir sind früher abgereist. Das sagt alles…

Die Lage ist gut

Mangelnde Hygiene überall. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Frühstück sehr spärlich und langweilig. Hunde haben sich an den Liegen erleichtert. Fenster ohne Schallisolierung was nötig ist da die Bar unter den Zimmern liegt. Klimaanlage soweit vorhanden nicht funktionsfähig und laut wie einn Orkan.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Zimmer müßten ein wenig restauriert werden.

Das Frühstück war von mir und meiner Frau perfekt.Ausreichend und frisch.Noch nie so einen guten Kaffee getrunken.Gastfreundlich und wir werden mit unseren kleinen Hund auf jedenfall wieder buchen.Top Strand und Top Personal

La posizione è unica. Anche fare colazione in riva al lago non ha prezzo. Rilassante e al di fuori del caos. In passato ero stato nel basso lago ma in questa zona è tutt'altra vacanza. Unico nei che le due singole dell'hotel non hanno la vista lago, ma in camera andavo solo per dormire, per cui...

Wunderschöner Blick, tolle Lage. Sehr netter familiärer Betrieb. Man versteht sich auf Understatement. Kein Luxusheididai, dafür liebenswürdig, ruhig, aber stets hilfsbereit, solide und kompetent. Leckeres und gutes Frühstück, herzliche Bedienung. Keine Plastikblumen, sondern Olivenhaine stehen im Hintergrund dieses bewährten und soliden Hotels. Herrliche Tage dort verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Die Jalousien brauchten gelegentlich ein bisschen Mithilfe (Kraft), um sie zu schließen, sonst alles in Ordnung.

Nádherné prostředí, dog friendly, ale trochu se to podepisuje na kvalitě úklidu/vybavení.

Snídaně byly v rámci možností fajn. Skvělé bylo místo přímo u jezera a výhled jak z pokoje, tak ze zahrádky před hotelem.

Trochu starší vybavení, hlavně co se týče koupelny a trochu slabší úklid hlavně v koupelně, ale obecně to nebylo nejhorší a s ohledem na cenu si není úplně na co stěžovat. Spíše jde o detaily.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich – die Einrichtung wirkt veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Top-Lage, die wirklich überzeugt. Das Frühstück war eher Standard, nichts Besonderes, aber ausreichend. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig: Besonders das Hallenbad war schmutzig, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübt. Insgesamt kein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis.

Eines der wenigen Hotels welches direkt am Seeufer liegt (noch vor der Strasse). Surf- shop/schule direkt nebenan. Morgenessen draussen vor dem Hotel wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt... das gibt schon fast Südseefeeling😊. Ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal und sympatische Gäste.

Etwas wenig Wasser beim Duschen... und die Duschgarnitur könnte mal erneuert werden. (jedoch ok, zumal das Hotel eher in der preiswerten Klasse ist)

Einfaches Hotel, aber entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Lage, die Aussicht. Die Betten bequem. Der Gardasee direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Die Dame zum Frühstück ober nett. Wirklich eine Perle, die für alle ein liebes Wort hat. Der Balkon reicht gerade für 2 Stühle, dafür hat man ein perfektes Panorama.

Das Bad schon sehr eng und wie im Zimmer keine oder kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein Schreibtisch mit 4 Fächern und ein Schrank mit ca. 10 Bügeln, die aus der Halterung rutschen. Heißt aus dem Koffer leben. Für eine Woche geht das gerade, für mehr Gepäck wirklich schwierig.

Wunderschöner Urlaub direkt am Gardasee – sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel S. Maria in Brenzone. Das Haus liegt direkt am See, sodass man von jedem Zimmer aus einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee genießen kann – einfach fantastisch! Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das überaus freundliche Personal. Zum Frühstück wurden wir herzlich von Frau Alexa empfangen – der guten Seele des Hauses. Mit frischem Kaffee und Eiern wurden wir verwöhnt, und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war hervorragend. Die abwechslungsreichen Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen waren stets frisch und lecker – von Spaghetti über Kaninchen bis hin zu Fisch war alles dabei. Die Bedienung durch Christina war besonders herzlich – stets aufmerksam und mit einem bezaubernden Lächeln. Sie hat uns jeden Abend das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Kurz gesagt: ein tolles Hotel mit großartiger Lage, gutem Essen und herzlicher Bewirtung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!
