Stunning hotel on the shore of Lake Garda!

Stunning hotel on the shore of Lake Garda! It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and kind - they even checked us in a few hours early and upgraded us to a lake-view room, for which we are very grateful. I don’t think you can find better lake view than this! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bed linen was immaculately white, fresh, and changed frequently. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, coffee, tea, fruit, and more. You could even make yourself freshly squeezed carrot and apple juice. Across the street, there is a pontoon with umbrellas and about ten chaise longues reserved for hotel guests. If you prefer to sunbathe on the beach, there are plenty of clean public spots along both directions of the promenade. A pleasant 15-minute walk takes you to the small town of Brenzone, where you’ll find several restaurants. I highly recommend Olive Bar and Ristorante Pizzeria - the pizza and Aperol were amazing! We ended up going there every evening.

Very clean room, fantastic food, very friendly staff, situated right next to the lake. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Shower. When I turned on the hand shower, the overhead shower also started leaking. It was broken and my hair was wet.

Great location, nice staff, service is not great

Staff were friendly, location was really good, 15mins walk from boat rentals, 5min drive from bike rentals. Pretty good breakfast, fresh carrot juice, good coffee.

They didn't clean the room on one day, we were out from the morning to late night, came back very tired to a messy room, no clean towels, unclean bedsheets. I did request a clean before we left, so at 11pm I had to request sheets and towels and did the bedding myself. (Although they did offer to do it at that time). AC was not good too, very weak, uncomfortable sleep due to this.

Staff were friendly, room very clean. Short walking distance to local restaurants that were excellent.

Hotel catered for Germans including the food. Was not very Italian. Booked a Mountain View room. Our view was the side of the next hotel.

We chose this hotel because they had a sea view room available, but the staff double booked our room and would only give us a room without balcony or lake view. the staff apologized for the mistake but did not offer us anything thing else for the inconvenience.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location

The hotel was in a beautiful location, and although there were other hotels close by it was still relatively quiet. There is a small town about 15 min walk away with a handful of restaurants and shops. We used public transport to get there, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The buses make it easy to travel along the lake to other towns if you're not driving. The room was more modern than we were expecting, the TV was a smart TV which was handy as all the channels were German. The hotel has a private jetty into the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lake Garda was beautiful!

An amazing little hotel in a stunning location within easy lakeside walk to a picturesque village.

This is an amazing location on the lake shore. There is a road between the hotel and the lake but this doesn’t spoil the view in any way. There is a private jetty with sun beds stretching into the lake which you can swim from. We sat there with an Aperol and felt we were in heaven! The receptionist (sorry I can’t recall her name) was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious and looked almost new. Bathrooms are extremely well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Ample space to sit on the balcony admiring the amazing lake views. It is just a pleasant 15 minute stroll along a beautiful, well lit lake lakeside path to the nearest village which was very picturesque and had quite a few good restaurants. One day we drove a further 10 minutes along the lake to the nearest ferry point and spent a relaxing day hopping on and off. Breakfast was good and can be taken sitting in the terrace. We’d highly recommend this hotel as an ideal base to relax and explore Lake Garda.

Die Lage ist sehr ansprechend. Das wenige Personal hat sich aufopfernd um die Gäste bemüht. Nettes, einfaches Hotel.

Das Hotel war ohne Leitung. Die Hotelchefin hat im Homeoffice dem wenigen Personal Anweisungen erteilt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren einfach. Der Preis von 200€/Nacht empfinde ich als unverschämt.

Das Frühstück war einfach, man erhielt dafür Kaffee nach persönlichem Wunsch und warme Eierspeisen Das Nachtessen war gut und wurde kompetent serviert.

Bei der Haupttreppe vor dem Haupteingang wäre ein Handlauf sehr sinnvoll. Der Einstieg vom Badesteg in den See sollte komfortabler sein. Ein Liegestuhlservice am erweiterten Strand vor dem Hotel ist wünschenswert. (Die Gäste tragen die Liegestühle ungern selbst über die stak befahrene Durchgangsstrasse)

Bardzo dobry hotel.Śniadania smaczne,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Pokój ładny łazienka super,klimatyzacja i mini bar.Parkig mały ale jest na miejscu .Bardzo mila i sprawna obsluga .Codzienna wymiana ręczników. Jezioro dwa kroki.Pyszne kolacje.Bardzo przyjazny zwierzętą.

Nie ma informacji ,że należy zgłaszać chęć konsumpcji kolacji.Trzeba przejść przez drogę trochę niebezpiecznie.

Die Lage war sehr gut für Ausflüge und direkt am See, die Größe der Zimmer und die Dusche war gut. Essen war in Ordnung. Ort war auch sehr schön.

Hotel hatte keine Führung, überwiegend Praktikanten, die waren aber bemüht. Zimmer zwischendurch nicht gereinigt, Mülleimer übergelaufen, Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. 3 Tage gab es keinen Schwarztee, erst nach wiederholtem nachfragen. Tische zu eng gestellt, kaum durchkommen ohne andere Gäste zu belästigen.Zimmer Bergseite unter Fenster war Lager für Getränke, morgens ab 5.00 Uhr bereits sehr laut. Abends bis ca. 24 Uhr saßen die Mitarbeiter draußen, laut geredet und vor allem geraucht. Wir sind Nichtraucher. Schade.
