It was overall a great stay for us. We had short stay here but really appreciated the lake view for the price and the breakfast was amazing.

Hotel not very good its should be advertised as a 3-star so people don't have high expectations. Nest of flies, spiders and cob webs on the ceiling when we arrived. Power cuts on 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there with one power cut lasting most of the day. Staff refused to give extra towels and the worst buffet breakfast options in any hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Also limited sun loungers

Older hotel needs some renovations but it was nice and clean. Location was very nice Some of the staff was not friendly and should not be in a customer service position.

Photos online look different than what the property looks like in person. We also arrived to breakfast 15 minutes before the closing time and got yelled at by a one of the staff member so make sure you go at least 30 minutes before the stated closing time 😂 Front desk staff was kind. Enjoyed the complimentary bikes to ride on the trail. Great access to do things!

Amazing views of the mountains, hotel is right on the lake takes 30 seconds from hotel door to walk to the lake, there is a walking path next to the lake that has good restaurants , paddle board rentals etc.

Right on Lake Garda roadside with beautiful views from rooms and breakfast area. Private parking. Underground walkway to get to waterside, avoiding the busy road. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We had some issues with AC but staff were quick to address. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of places to relax lakeside and swim or rent boats. Good budget option for travelers.

We only slept and travelled around so was Ok, Riva del Garda much nicer place to stay, better walkable streets, good food variety. Hotel has parking under ground, but you are backing up against busy road. I don't recommend, worth it to spend few more euros and 1hr and drive north or south and enjoy the town, not seat beside the road.

The Garda Lake is beautiful, but the quality of the hotel and the level of maintenance is terrible for the price we paid (even taking into consideration that it is at Garda Lake). We are travelling Europe in different hotels; this was almost the most expensive and certainly the lowest quality. Do not choose this hotel.
