Apartment close to Pavilion gardens

Great location, lovely outdoor area, good parking. Lovely cosy living room / diner

No issues, albeit it some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated (no issues with them though). Access tricky if you have mobility issues. Boiler in bedroom could be noisy (we stayed in summer so not an issues for us).

Great location, the flat is a good size, it has parking and is very well located for access to the town.

Spacious rooms, good location

Kitchen and everything in it needs a refurb. Windows need cleaning, it was not foggy outside but from inside it looked like it

Location was good. Big spacious rooms. Lovely and quiet area. Friendly host.

The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. We had taken some wipes with us and we used a lot of them. The kitchen was the worst, things like dried milk crusted into the fridge door, marks on the worktops that were easy enough to wipe off. The toaster had crumbs on top of it. The bathroom was relatively okay, the sink had toothpaste/water marks underneath that just needed wiping. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious and had so much potential. Unfortunately, there was an overall feeling that it wasn’t as clean as it should have been, which was a real shame as this detracted from what could otherwise have been a much more enjoyable stay.
