Disgusting
The suite was large and the bed was relatively comfortable, but not exceptional. bathroom water was hot very good.Fast internet
BUT:
We had to stay there for 3 weeks because there were no suitable hotels or apartments in the city, but there were many things that disappointed and annoyed us. There was no possibility of cancellation because we had been charged 150 euros per night, which was very expensive for the house. In addition to these problems:
1- The house had mice. (I don't know how many there were, but we saw them all the time)
2- The noise of the vagrants and the screams of the homeless at night were very annoying.
3- The very loud music of the neighbor in the basement was disturbing us every night. After a few nights, we gave a written warning, but only one night the music was turned off.
4- The Spanish traveler in the next suite could be heard clearly in the bedroom.
5- The carpets were very dirty.
6- The Bathroom constantly smelled of cigarette smoke and we didn't know where the smell was coming from. There were also long hairs on the bathroom floor. Also, the shower was not mounted on the wall and its base was broken.
The Bathroom sink was very small and the toilet was not comfortable at all. Toilet paper was not available easily.
7- Despite requesting cleaning after a week of stay, no one came. Only when we were away, they had put a rat poison next to the bed in the bedroom, which was not effective and the rats continued to crawl in the hall, bedroom and inside the walls.
8- There was no washing-up liquid in the bathroom, toilet or kitchen and we bought them ourselves.
9- The neighborhood was very inappropriate and dirty and full of vagrants and crazy people, which made us feel unsafe especially at night.
10- I was taking pictures of the Atomium in front of the house at night when several people surrounded me and bothered me with strange questions and I was worried that they would steal my cameras.
11- There is no TV in the house
12- It was cold at night and there was no heating except for a blanket.
13- The radiators were very dirty, so much so that one night I saw a big ball of dust fall to the ground.
14- On the last day of our stay, around 1 pm when we were coming back from work. The owner called me and complained in a demanding tone why you haven't left the house yet. We came to clean but your things are still here. Ten minutes later, after arriving, we complained to him about the condition of the house, but he still treated us in a very inappropriate tone and did not give us a proper answer.
15- The bedroom door would not close because the lock was broken.
16- The door outside the building to the street was almost always open and I did not feel safe. Because I had expensive photography and video equipment in the house.
17- By leaving the window open, passersby constantly peeked into the house.
Overall, this house and the Helmet Hotel opposite that I stayed there before were the worst experiences I have had in Brussels.

don't take this property
Smoking smell , call the owner and she said it wasn't her fault as people smoke there- bad response. it is not her fault but also not my problem - there are way to deal with a smell like that and the owner could have said that this is a smoking unit. The smell was unbearable. the toilet didn't flush initially then kind of fixed itself - supper weird . the owner did offer another unit - with endless amount of stairs with no elevator and in that room the smell was less smoky and more of wet mold. disgusting place. the neighborhood was super sketchy as well. the carpet was old and poorly stretched showing it's age. The white socks my kid wore turned black really fast.

Really bad experience.
First of all, the smell of cigarettes in the house was terrible. Second, there was no hot water. We had to take a shower with cold water. Also, the house was not clean and it was very cold there. Also, I can mention, that the apartment is in a noisy area.

Catastrophique
Tout était sale, la moquette était pleine de poussière les murs sont jaunes de saleté, les prises électriques sont toutes cassées et sortent des murs.
Le lit a sûrement était réparé avec une planche de bois ce qui le rend très très dure et très inconfortable.
Il y avait une tache de sang sur une étagère et de la nourriture au sol, la porte sur le palier ne donne pas confiance surtout avec 1cm de jour au niveau du sol. Il y a un trou au dessus de la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue passante, ce qui laisse entrer le froid et le bruit du tram très désagréable.
Quand nous avons demandé à la propriétaire pourquoi le ménage n’avait pas était fais elle a répondu que c’était normal.
Nous avons donc quitter les lieux et nous n’avons pas dormi 1 seul seconde dans cette appartement horrible.

a localização é próxima da estação de comboios e a água era quente.
Experiência muito negativa.
O alojamento cheirava intensamente a cigarro e encontrámos beatas debaixo da cama, o que demonstra falta de limpeza e cuidado. A casa de banho estava em muito mau estado: a cortina do duche caía constantemente nos pés, o lavatório estava prestes a cair e a carpete era velha, suja, com manchas e pó.
A zona envolvente é muito má e mal frequentada, com presença de droga e prostituição, o que nos fez sentir inseguros. Durante a noite houve bastante barulho no prédio e, para piorar, o aquecedor fazia estalos constantes toda a noite, tornando impossível descansar.
