Wonderful stay in Brussels

The location was great near the Midi station, it was really nice and warm and had a balcony which is a fantastic thing for an appartment on 3rd floor, for people who smoke it is very convenient))) The host is really nice and we had a very smooth check in and check out, thank you!!!

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quick stay in Brussel near the train station

In general, the apartment is new and bright, has a good design. The room is spotless, bed and bathroom are clean. There’s a kitchen, refrigerator, stove. There’s also a coffee machine with capsules, a few bottles with water, tea, kettle. I liked the fact that I accessed my room by simply grabbing the keys from the box near the room; the instructions were clear, and I entered the apartment without any problems at all. The host is very friendly and responsive.

The only downside is that the apartment can be a little bit hot during summertime, this particular apartment is located on the very top of the building, there’s no AC, but it’s great for a quick stay. There’s also no microwave, but the host is already aware of it and maybe they will install microwave in the apartment. The neighbourhood is sketchy, but I wanted to stay near a train station, so I was aware of this. The apartment itself is pretty good.

Nice apartment, but nothing for weak-hearted

Clean, close to Brussels-Midi train station, small balcony, comfortable bed, brand-new apartment in general

The area surely is one of the roughest in town, people selling/openly taking drugs on the sidewalk, my female companion felt kind of uncomfortable. If you are not a single female travelller and consider yourself the adventurous kind of person, it may work out though, the station is close 😃 We had wondered why there was a brand new, large fitted kitchen with rather empty cupboards (few crockery, cutlery etc).

Pleasant stay in Brussels

The place was great, the apartment was very nice and clean. The hosts were both very kind and hospitable. The area was generally acceptable. Walking distance to Grand Place, Midi Bus Station and the metro station.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment un atout, accès facile à quelques minutes de marche à la gare de Bruxelles Midi et au métro. Bien propre à l’intérieur, on a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un court séjour en famille.

Un petit manquement : la machine à laver n’est pas à l’intérieur du logement.

Apartamento espaçoso e renovado

O apartamento está todo renovado, é bastante espaçoso, boa casa de banho, excelente banho, bom aquecimento, a excelente comodidade da cama de casal e do quarto, a limpeza e estar próximo de uma importante estação de comboios com acesso para todo o lado, nacional e internacional.

A rua do apartamento é muito mal frequentada, com pessoas com adições. A cozinha podia ter micro-ondas e umas cápsulas de café. Trata-se de um 3º andar sem elevador.

La struttura era accogliente e lo staff molto gentile. Aspetto positivo la vicinanza alla stazione di treni e metro.

Merveilleux

Super appartement très fonctionnel spacieux bien décoré bien équipé le propriétaire a mis à disposition du shampoing du gel douche un kit dentifrice brosse à dent café et thé autant d’attention qui nous ferons revenir sur place très vite . Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur les étoile le soir .

Neuf et agréable

Le logement était propre et neuf. Une décoration sobre et impersonnel. Les petites attentions comme les bouteilles d'eau, café, thé, brosse à dent... étaient très appréciable

Ce logement n'est malheureusement pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. En effet, il y a beaucoup d'escalier pour atteindre l'appartement. Un micro-ondes dans le logement serait bien.

Nos encantó todo, pero sobre todo la amabilidad de la chica que limpia, un 10 de simpática y de todo. La cama comodisima y la casa super luminosa y todo nuevísimo

La ubicación no es en el mejor barrio de Bruselas, pero está al lado del centro caminando y la gente que había eran super respetuosos.

Apartamento perfecto, barrio no tanto

El apartamento es nuevo, muy limpio y amueblado con mucho gusto. No le faltaba detalle, nos dejaron para desayunar café, infusiones, agua... solo estuvimos para dormir. Cama muy cómoda en habitación abuhardillada

La zona es un poco complicada, por la noche decidimos ir en taxi. La entrada huele a tubería, pero en el apartamento (3 piso), no huele a nada. La zona es complicada para aparcar, no había sitio en el aparcamiento que nos indicaron, buscamos en otro mas alejado.
