Location - Access friendly to everywhere. I’ve never used public transportation during my stay and am very satisfied.
Flexible check-in option - My check-in was expected to be delayed due to flight arrangements, but they were flexible in accommodating this.
Breakfast - They provide breakfast only on weekends with additional fee, although I didn’t order it. Also there’s no breakfast service on weekdays, so guests have to manage it by themselves.
No fridge - Related to breakfast, I’d like to suggest that it would be better to install fridges in the guest rooms.

The location is great, a short walk to the city centre but really peaceful. Plenty of public transport options. Very comfy bed. Great Sunday breakfast for an extra charge.
Good tea and coffee always available.
The terrace was small and surrounded by beige plastic sheeting. There was bread, spreads and cereal by the coffee and tea, but we were never told if they were included, so we avoided them in case we were charged more for them.

It was well cared for and comfortable. Fred&Breakfast puts in a lot of care and effort for his guests.

The location was ideal for the family I was visiting. It’s also close to town but in a quiet area.
The lobby smelled like sewage. They only accepted cash instead of credit card. I had to make multiple trips to the ATM to get all the cash I needed for them. Furthermore I could only give them the money by appointment which was inconvenient.
