All staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast is magnificent with plenty of choice and was very fresh. The coffee was the best we had during our whole stay in Ghent and Brugge. We ate in the hotel in the evening which was also very tasteful with attentive staff. The room was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Access to the Spar is a nice bonus.

This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows.

This is a truly exceptional hotel. The staff was professional and courteous and friendly, too. Given that we were a party of four, they offered us a beautiful suite at no extra charge that made the stay so much nicer than had we been in separate rooms. This is the kind of the hotel experience which Americans often praise by saying, The Europeans .. or in this case, Belgians, know how to do things right! A big thanks to the staff at Pillows for their hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ghent. Both of our rooms were very spacious - with big balconies and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We got handwritten welcome notes with custom desserts, which added a nice touch. We loved how clean the hotel is, how centrally located it is and how friendly and courteous staff is. Highly recommend.

For a central hotel, this place is wonderful. Modern, but still has that historic feel when you first enter. All round, the hotel was clean, staff were courteous, and was only a short walk the main area of Ghent. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was classy at the Olivier Le Petit Bistro.
