Very neat and clean accommodation. Also clear instructions on how to enter! Very good location just a short walk away from the touristy spots and was not noisy. Also had no problem with feeling too hot or too cold! (just keep the windows closed - lots of mosquitos)
The cleaning staff showed up before check out (so we felt rushed despite having 30 min left). I did not have any hot water on the first day. On the second day there was eventually some hot water. For the price I would hope to have proper hot water at all times... If you have large or heavy suitcases, good luck with the stairs!

Super goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Heel schoon en netjes. Mooie grote badkamer. We waren met z’n vieren en was ruim genoeg. Contact gaat ook heel gemakkelijk ze reageren snel op verzoekjes.
Het was te warm, een airco is eigenlijk wel noodzakelijk. Er was wel een ventilator die geeft wel wat verkoeling. In de nacht wordt het echt benauwd, maar met de ramen open is er erg veel lawaai van mensen op straat en de tram die onder het raam langsrijdt.

Posizione e risposta del gestore sono i punti di forza. Davvero cordiali e facile sia check-in che checkout. La doccia è molto grande e tutto era pulito.
Nella descrizione della camera c'era bagno privato, ma il lavandino era sul pianerottolo delle scale. Le scale sono pericolose perché troppo ripide e con la pedata piccola ed eravamo al terzo piano. Dagli scarichi saliva cattivo odore. Il prezzo mi sembra alto
