Good location

The location is great, walking distance from the center but in its own corner so it’s quiet at night. The breakfast is ok, good to get your day started.

I wasn’t a fan of the bed layout, probably my fault for not checking better. There’s no privacy curtains so I had a hard time sleeping at night. And the pillows are not too comfortable so that didn’t help.

Superb location, very close to the city centre! The room was very spacious and the fact that the toilet was in a separate "bathroom" from the shower itself, truly helped my group of friends and I. The breakfast was also super good and the hotel staff was super friendly, giving us loads of recommendations and suggestions!

A great hostel in a great location!

Such a great location, walking distance to the main sights. Staff were friendly, the place was very clean and room was nicely heated. Really great hostel and would definitely recommend. Breakfast was included which was also nice (very basic breakfast but it ticked the box).

Would be nice if they had a communal kitchen, as being able to make your own food is good for budget travel. It did have a microwave and bar fridge but that’s all. That’s the only thing I feel was missing

Good hostel, good location, lovely staff

surprisingly spacious dorm rooms, spotlessly clean. Really lovely, helpful staff. The bar/communal area was very quiet, so not easy to meet/chat to other travellers but overall a really good hostel. Slightly more expensive than other hostels but included a decent breakfast, luggage storage at the hostel and late check-in (up to 10,30pm, I think) which really worked for my timetable. Great place to stay.

Staff were great, and hostel was in a great location, a few minutes walk from the action.

Didn't like the shower in dorm room, it was angled in an awkward direction and couldn't be adjusted. Also it was very difficult to plug power adapter and phone charging cord into sock . et, the bunk bed frame was in way. And tons of little flying bugs downstairs in eating area, a few drowned in my glass of beer.

It was ideally located close to the centre. The room was basic, but very comfortable, great breakfast, good value for money, and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Mirror Mirror on the Wall

The location is super it is so central and you are close to everything in Ghent. Breakfast is great with a good selection from cereals, fruit, cold meat, cheese, cake and breads.

There was only one mirror in the dorm I stayed in for seven females only had one mirror in the bathroom. There should be at least an additional 2. Also the toilet was separate from the bathroom with no hand basin to wash your hands, this is not hygienic. Also the air conditioning did not work in the room it was really warm in the room at night.

The location was great, walking distance to everything! Breakfast was included and they offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no ventilation in our room, it was way too hot to be comfortable and sleep. We asked for fan, but unfortunately it wasn’t doing anything.

Vibrant, fun, clean, quiet and as central as it gets

Fabulous place, spotlessly clean in incredibly central, yet quiet, location. Thought at 67 I might be the oldest there but plenty of seniors at breakfast before the juniors left their bunks. Excellent breakfast too, the equal of a hotel three times the price. Rules are clear and everyone abides. Made me feel young again.

The rooms and bathrooms were super clean, stuff was helpfull.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of options, not good. The stuff will give your bed sheets at the check in, which is not handy since I had all my languge with me. They could just left on the room ready, and had to bring it in the end of the stay too.

The bed was extremely shaky it's quite dangerous, for me and the one sleeping below. The bed quality was quite terrible, I didn't move all night worried about it breaking. Also, the room wasn't quite clean.
