The hotel was lovely, the family room was spacious and recently refurbished. Beds were firm. Parking is 25 Euros a day and can’t be reserved beforehand, so first come first serve. Otherwise a local parking garage nearby. The only negative is that the bathroom was a wet room so the water didn’t drain well and the water remained on the floor. It’s slippery.

Room very clean. Breakfast was a full buffet for 25E. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous outdoor courtyard. Easy walking distance to canal, beer cafes, the visitor center and shopping.

Lovely hotel in a great location for Central Ghent. We had no problem with parking (with a car with a roofbox on).
Room was large and well kitted out.
