The location is fabulous, just a 5 minute walk to the centre, and no more than 10 mins to most central locations. The Art Museums are only a 20 minute walk.
The room was lovely, and very clean. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The hotel has lovely decor and was a wonderful base for our stay.
There was slight chipping of the paint in our room if I was being really picky, but I honestly couldn't fault our stay.

Very convenient location for our visit. The hotel is on a quiet side street, off one of the main thoroughfares to the centre of the city. An old building which has been nicely refurbished.
A larger towel rail so that towels can be dried for reuse would have been good. Otherwise, nothing.

Location was great, easy walking distance to the old town. Room was very spacious with high ceilings, beds were comfortable and shower was great! The lady on reception was super friendly and helpful.
They provide a small amount of coffee pods, if you want any more you need to pay for them. One bottle of water provided for 3 people and a small (but annoying) gripe there is only a bin which is in the bathroom.

The lady on reception was lovely, unlike the rude woman who answered the door. We pushed the wrong buzzer apparently. She said it was “obviously “the wrong buzzer. A warm welcome for a gran and two little boys at the end of a long wet journey.
The triple room was right next to reception and a storage area. It was fairly tired looking, with dust on the lamps. It was dark next to the door, and difficult to see the lock. The beds were comfortable. I’m wondering if the rooms upstairs were better. In an email I was told there was a lovely room on the ground floor for us. It wasn’t. I’m wondering if it was because I was travelling with children.
