Your average charming beachside hotel

It’s your average cheap beachside hotel. I’m surprised the reviews are so bad because I thought it was charming. I think a lot of people who choose to stay at cheaper accommodation just expect too much. The staff is really friendly, the room was clean, it’s RIGHT next to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Definitely not the Ritz but was as expected! Great place to stay in my opinion and in a great area of Canggu! If you want nicer amenities, stay at a more expensive hotel!

The staff here were amazing.

The aircon didn’t work for our stay in this room and we were called at 8:30am, with check out later that day to see if we wanted it fixed. Kind, but also woke me up from a sleep I’d only been in for about an hour.

Used to be a good place, but it's not worth the price anymore. Sorry, guys, you didn't think it through...

They sold their rooftop, and now there's a night club, so you arrive to find out room walls rocking and the sound you can't hide from. It ends at 10pm more or less, so it might be ok for you?.. No breakfast nowadays in favor of that nightclub

Location right on the beach. Clean, big room, stunning pool and connected beach club! Staff were lovely!

The pillows were super high for my preference, but the staff were so accommodating and replaced them with flatter pillows. The beach club music is loud until around 9:30pm, but I don't sleep early so it was really no problem.

There is a beach club located above hotel, base starts at 10 in the morning. Numerous visits / requests to turn base down despite even when there were no customers.

Great location and amazing staff.

The location was outstanding. As surfers, you couldn’t get any closer to the surfing with outstanding views of the beach. Was located away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu but close enough to the action and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were a highlight. Always friendly, very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms we’re comfortable but could do with a little refreshing.

Disappointing

Beachfront location. Great new rooftop pool/bar named Sol.

We stayed here December 2022 and had a great experience. Now in February 2023 the rooftop bar has been added, but the service has gone. Firstly they stopped including the customary Bali breakfast in the price. Now you’ll have to buy an expensive breakfast at the rooftop bar. Second, previous friendly Bali service has gone. Room service only made the bed - we had to ring and ask daily for coffee, toilet paper, soap etc. Shower only had water sometimes. Friendly, helpful approach you find all around Bali is now gone from this place.

The property is right on the beach, the upstairs rooftop terraced area really makes the stay at this property worthwhile. it’s a beautiful view right across the ocean, decent food, good selection of drinks and a lovely pool

The rooms are very tired looking, and we had cockroaches in the bathroom every time we put light on

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable room. Easy to get a bike and surfboard hire.

Felt a little awkward with the upstairs bar & pool, it felt a bit disconnected to the resort, alot of tables were reserved alot of the time.
