Location and interior design of the room. Communication with the staff was easy and fast.

The room was not the one we booked for (the pictures were the ones of another room). Building pretty noisy (we were on the first floor and we could hear everything from the second floor). It was a little cold inside and the bathroom was not the best (very small, ceiling very low, pretty cold, the shower and hairdryer were not working properly). The cleaning of the room was not the best.

Disappointing

The owner is a very nice person and the communication was easy and straightforward. The place is central and easy to get.

The photos of the room are very generous, in reality the room is a lot smaller. There are a lot of stairs to get to the room. To access the bathroom you need to go to the corridor. Some other people in the building were smoking a lot and we got cigarette smell in our bedroom.

The location is very central. Easy to find parking. They provided a baby bed.

The room did not match the pictures which belong to a nicer one with more light. The furniture and the bathroom in ours was run down, the shower was broken. It did not give us a holiday feel.

Very cute room, clean and has everything you need. Right in the middle of town, very close walking distance to lake and restaurants. Lorenzo was very welcoming and had good knowledge of the town.

Exceptional

Apartment is looking at the beautiful park with fountain and market place on thursdays. Room is small but cosy and the location is 5 min walk to the lake , castle and all the great restaurants and bars. The bike rent is also nearby which was perfect .

Very clean and tidy, very friendly service staff

Neighbours upstairs quite noisy the whole night but beds very comfortable. I paid 10 euros more cause of the dog but the problem results not to be the dog, instead the party's area of the place within the stairs. Some facilities like hair dryer, soap supplier to fix as well as the wall clothes hangers.

Great location, but not pleasant facilities

Great location. The Lake was only a 7 minute walk or so. There is also cheap parking in the neighborhood and near by.

The apartment was run down and a bit dirty. The bed is a bunk bed and you have to climb up a ladder to get into bed. The sofa was really dirty

Esclusivamente la posizione, in pieno centro e intorno c’era tutto quel che potesse servire

Tutto il resto, abbiamo preso la camera numero 3 in alto e non ci era stato detto che il bagno era fuori dalla camera, gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sporchi, maleodoranti e vecchi, piccolo divano rotto in camera, prese elettriche non funzionanti, finestre vecchie che non isolavano da nessun minimo rumore (ogni mattina alle 5 gli addetti alla pulizia stradale iniziavano il loro lavoro nella piazzetta di fronte e noi non dormivamo più), zero ‘accessori’ in bagno, macchinetta del caffè priva di cialde. Insomma, un disastro, non ci torneremo

Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Der Heizboiler war kaputt, wir hatten für eine Nacht kein Warmwasser.
