Relaxing easy stay in a lovely place.

A wonderful holiday home with amazing views from the balcony & a good starting point to explore Montenegro. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need and extra towels, blankets, pillows. It was a really comfortable stay and I wish we had booked a longer stay here. Definitely recommend!

There was nothing you couldn’t like about this property. The only thing to consider is that the distance from the house to the sea is about 50 meters away, in the listing photos it looks closer,

Good value for money with spectacular sea views!

we were 8 family members who rented villa strp. the accommodation itself met our expectations, we picked the place for the spectacular bay views that we saw in the pictures and in reality the views over the bay looks even better.

no nearby bus station , you will need to use your own car of taxi service which are reasonably priced.

We have made made the right choice

The view from the terrace was beautiful. Plenty of seating and spots to relax outside. nice size beds and big bathrooms. A friend recommended this place and couldn't be happier! we went to Morinj beach couple of times, there is a nice shallow beach in Morinj with a good value for money restaurant and a grocery store . The owners are very friendly and will always be there if needed. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the unspoiled nature of Montenegro!

the nearest supermarket and other shops located 3 km from the house which is not that close. the connection between the upper and lower floor is external. there is no internal staircase.

Der Gebäudeverwalter war sehr zuvorkommend und hat fehlende Dinge unverzüglich gebracht( Kaffeemaschine, Tischtuch, Geschirrtücher) Die Lage des Hauses und der Blick auf das Meer sind herrlich. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Das Haus entspricht leider in keiner Weise den abgebildeten Fotos: die Einrichtung ist komplett anders, als abgebildet, nicht hell und freundlich wie auf den Bildern, sondern eher dunkel. Im unteren Zimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank, das Haus ist feucht und riecht, im oberen Stock lässt sich die eine Terrassentüre nicht öffnen, dadurch muss man immer durch das erste Zimmer durchgehen. Der abgebildete Kunstrasen ist alt und an vielen Stellen kaputt, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist mangelhaft: kein zusammenpassendes Besteck, Teller, keine Trinkgläser, nur Tassen. Das Badezimmer im oberen Stock ist kaum zu benützen, da es unangenehm riecht und der gesamte Raum beim Duschen nass wird und ins Zimmer rinnt. Das Haus liegt auf einer steilen Anhöhe und ist dadurch absolut nicht barrierefrei und auch nicht für Familien mit Babies und Kleinkindern geeignet. Die abgebildeten Gartenmöbel waren bis auf die etwas ungepflegten Gartenliegen leider auch nicht vorhanden.
