Moderna Luxury Apartments with HEATED pool

Good location close to the beach and near to local Shops, bakery and supermarket. Clean and spacious for a group of four adults sharing. The owner was very welcoming and recommended local places to eat and taxi companies to use.

The property is currently opposite the construction of a large apartment complex being built by Radisson and the workmen work seven days a week starting at 7 o’clock in the morning weekdays and Saturdays and 8 o’clock in the morning Sundays. There’s nothing the property can do about this and the works will eventually complete but it’s worth checking with the owner if the works are ongoing before your visit. The heated pool, which is so strongly advertised in the description of the property was not heated because of an issue with algae, which meant that at our time of visit visiting in September. The pool was too cold to swim in comfortably. In high summer, this would be different but it’s a shame that the heated pool is advertised so strongly and then not heated.

The views looking out at mountains and the sea . Also the pool was such a lovely touch after being out and finishing the day at the pool

The air con wasn’t brilliant, needed to be a little colder

Fantastic apartments, amazing host. Great location minutes to the beach and local restaurants and about a nice 10 minute stroll in Tivat itself.

beautiful design od the apartment, coffe machine

construction! nobody told us that the apartment is located in the middle of construction, was very noisy and dirty - was very unpleased with that. if we knew it beforehand, we would choose another place + heated pool was dirty :(
