A huge and luxurious apartment just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

A huge and luxurious apartment, fully equipped with all appliances, quiet and very spacious. There is convenient on-site parking. Within a 5-minute walk along a path, you reach the seaside promenade, where you’ll find restaurants and beaches. A short walk further takes you to the marina and all the other shops. The host was very friendly and happy to help and answer any questions.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel, but if I recall correctly, there are also rooms on the ground floor in case this is important to you.

Fast communication. Very clean and close to the waterfront. Quality furnishings and appliances. We enjoyed the loungers reserved for us by the pool. Wifi was good, and smart tv so we could watch all our apps. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was beautifully clean and within walking distance of the marina. The views across to the sea were wonderful. The two different areas outside to sit at were really lovely. The pool is a great addition and is looked after well and kept clean. The kitchen had everything you would need and on the top of the building there is even a BBQ!

The air-conditioning wasn't working that well but we reported it and it was going to be looked into.

A superb apartment, furnished to a high quality in a great location to explore Tivat and beyond

Lovely top floor apartment, furnished to a high standard. Two great balconies with seating areas which you can see the sea from. Superb location, close to the beach, supermarket, bakers and only a 15-20 minute walk in to the beautiful town. However, there are some great restaurants near the apartment too. The hosts were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Happy to respond to messages whenever we had a query about something. Would highly recommend!

Shame to discover building works going on opposite, but nobody’s fault. It was just a little noisy in the mornings! Everything else was great!

Modern apartment, great host, perfect location

It is just couple minutes walk from famous Porto Montenegro. The host is really perfect - she helped with the parking (free), she explained everything in the apartment. It was also convenient to pay by card. The TV does have a lot of channels. We didn't spend time in the yard, but looks like it will be great there in the summer time.

Beautiful, Excellent Location!

Absolutely stunning. The decor of the room was really beautiful and super modern, the bed was HUGE and honestly everything from the first minute until the last was perfect. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Port where there’s many stunning high end restaurants.

A calm oasis with luxurious feel but friendly atmosphere.

The apartments are beautifully done and incredibly clean. Our host couldn't have been anymore helpful and was on hand whenever we needed anything. It is located a short and easy walk from the beach and shops. The main port, which is beautiful is about a 10 minute stroll away. The area felt safe to walk around in. Look out for the pomegranates growing in the trees. The pool was warm and the pool area very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again! Make sure you do a boat trip whilst you are there!

Nothing that I didn't like about the apartments at all. I would ask the host to book your taxi's to and from the airport as the taxi's at the airport had trouble finding the apartments and wanted to charge 30 euros. Our taxi back from the apartment was 5 euro.

superb accomodation. ksenija (owner and host) was great. she is a darling. helpful, flexible and resourceful. apartment/suit/studio was great, new and clean. pool, parking, laundry is excellent. location is excellent- close to sea, center and just next to porto montenegro. I highly recommend Moderna.
