Excellent apartment with good facilities, owners are lovely people very helpful. Perfect location not far to marina and Waikiki beach club food is very good there. Nice beach bar restaurant Ponta lovely location mix with the locals great family environment. We stayed on the ground floor which is perfect close to pool. I’ve added photos of a mother cat and her kitten who we have fed, please if you see them can you feed them the kitten is very undernourished, hope this is allowed on here

The host met us to show us around and provide access. The apartment was as shown in the images, and we had all we needed and the pool was great, with plenty of sun loungers and towels provided. Location was ideal for us: within walking distance to nice coffee shops, restaurants and the newly developed port complex. Our host shared contact numbers for taxi drivers who we used for our airport transfers and day trips.
We were really happy to see there was a coffee machine but couldn’t find the right pods to use in it - it would be great if a couple were available even so we knew which ones to buy!

Very well equipped, spacious modern apartment. Everything was squeaky clean. The pool area was lovely and we had our own sun beds and outside terrace. Location is great for both the beach and the marina; local to restaurants, shops and 10min drive to the airport.

beautiful design od the apartment, coffe machine
construction! nobody told us that the apartment is located in the middle of construction, was very noisy and dirty - was very unpleased with that. if we knew it beforehand, we would choose another place
+ heated pool was dirty :(
