We stayed in these apartments for two weeks, and if I had to sum up our experience in one sentence, I would highly recommend them. The apartment is spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely view from the windows. As a nice bonus, you can even see a small part of the sea, although we weren’t expecting a sea view. It has everything you might need for a longer stay: a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessary cookware. We especially enjoyed the balcony, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There’s also a grocery store right in the building, which is incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, only about an 8-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, which we think is the best beach in Tivat, surrounded by plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Porto Montenegro is about a 15-minute walk away. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate us and made our stay even more enjoyable. If we come back to Tivat, we will definitely stay here again. The value for money is simply outstanding.

The only minor suggestion for improvement would be the pillows. Two of the three were quite thin and a bit lumpy, so replacing them with more comfortable ones would make the stay even better. Honestly, that’s the only thing we could think of that could be improved.

Wonderful apartment! We stayed here for a week and were very happy with our choice. The apartment is stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A grocery store and public transport stop are just a short walk away, and the beach is only 5 minutes on foot. Perfect place for a holiday. Highly recommended!
