Exceptional

Radovan and his mother are some of the sweetest people I met in my life, they ensure you have a great stay by showing you around and offering you coffee/drinks at many times. The location is amazing as it is so quiet but still only 5 minutes from rose (which is a lovely walk through a forest ending at a beach with a ship wreck right next to the main street). rose itself is such a picturesque little venetian style town, it is basically one street, so super relaxing. This place is like im in a novel. If you want a once in a lifetime experience, stay in rosé and specifically this place. This review describes what you will see but you need to experience it in real life to really understand how absolutely amazing this accomodation/town is

Nice apartment with great view and an incredible friendly host

Super nice, and friendly host. Great view over the bay from the roof terrace. Good and huge breakfast available. Try the boat tour!

No shower curtain, so you might flood the bathroom while showering. Long stairs down to the sea - be aware if that's an issue for you.

Not great, but acceptable

We liked the view, it was beautiful and they run the apartments as a family. The grandmother was really nice. There is a beach close to the so-called private "beach" where you can swim and enjoy the sun. It is more or less clean and the terrace is great.

The so-called private beach is a rocky peace of coast, there sea urchins in the water and the entire area around the appartments is dirty and we even found illegal garbage dump on the way to the beach. It is only possible to access the appartment when you are young and healthy because of all the stairs. The appartment is tiny and the shower does not have a curtain, so the water goes everywhere. Communication was difficult because not everyone speaks English.

Totally wonderful experience

From arriving to going was such an adventure. Radovan, his mother & friend Olivera welcomed me in as family & treated me to coffee, rakija & lovely food around the table & happiness. My room was so peaceful & was a delight. The roof terrace Radovan has built has an outstanding vista of the bay & sitting up there at night looking at the stars is so relaxing. If you want a nice quiet stay at scenic Rose and wonderful hosts this is your place. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Wonderful moment in this location

The location near the sea (a few stairs to go to the beach and 8 minutes walk to ROSE), Radovan is absolutely adorable, friendly and helpful (I arrived on sunday with no food and we offered me to eat with his family and the day after bought a few things for me while going to the city). The hotel is so bohemian style with a wonderful view, nice music and some fig trees everywhere. I totally recommand to stay there to be in peace.

The place is located near a little private beach, and 5min walk to city center. Awesome view for the sunset. The host really did us a warm welcome and showed us some places in Rose.

Accueil chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue (l’hôte ne parle pas anglais). L’appartement offre une superbe vue, avec en bonus un accès très agréable à la terrasse sur le toit.

Propreté un peu limite, eau non potable, literie peu confortable et qui grince en continu.
