Wonderful week in TIVAT

Kitchen, Swimming pool, WIFI, views amazing. Location is great in quiet area.

No AC in the bed room, only one AC in living room while it was quiet hot. Material of linen was polyester.

Go to a hotel and pay that extra money that will make your holiday worth it

ONLY the view. NOTHING ELSE. Easy communication with host

Everything other than the view. So hot, No AC in rooms, beds and sofa so old & uncomfy, no springs no cushioning. No curtains in bedrooms. The AC in living room is barely functioning. No toilet paper no tissue no soap no water. Very steep hill & isolated , you can’t walk to or from the apartment. Taxis don’t know the place and can’t easily find it unless they talk to owner. Taxis take forever to come. The pool is shared not private. So many insects from the forest around. Only 1 towel for each person no pool towels. Not worth it, we left and booked a hotel. No refund. We tried to negotiate a 50% refund and host didn’t allow.

Best place during Montenegro stay - 100% recommend!!

- view and pool absolutely amazing!!! (you have peace and quiet up there which is just great) - apartment has everything you need with kitchen which includes basic items and also some essentials like salt, oil, coffee, tea - apartment itself is nice and clean - owner extremely nice and helpful as well as cleaning lady (they even came on evening and gave everyone a huge bottle of wine as a thank you) - ferry to other side of the bay direction Herceg Novi and a bus stop towards Tivat as well as a small supermarket and a restaurant 5 min walk away - people mentioned issues with WiFi but didn’t experience any, I watched Netflix on my iPad and used my phone and everything worked completely normally All in all I loved this place and for this price I don’t think you can find anything better! Thank you so much for this great stay!!

- if you want the view you obviously have to go up so it is a very steep road to the apartment but even without a car it was ok, 5 min intense workout per day :-) - some hooks for towels in the bathroom would be good as well as maybe a nightstand with a small lamp next to the bed - would be nice to leave some extra toilet paper, and maybe pool towels in the apartment so guests don’t have to ask for it - location is a few km from Tivat and it takes 45min to walk but it’s totally duable (or you take the bus or rent a bike); still actually not a minus because you are not in the super touristy area

Вид фантастический. Бока-Которский залить с высоты. Панорамное окно во всю стену. Огромная гостиная. Подъезд на авто прямо до дома, подъезд хороший, забетонированный, но крутой, есть место для парковки, бассейн, wifi.

Очень маленькие спальни с неудобным доступом в шкаф. В прихожей нет даже вешалки повесить верхнюю одежду. В целом дом как будто не доделан, не достроен - не хватает перил, а благоустройство просело кое-где, балконная дверь закрывалась со щелью, торчат провода, лампы в люстре половина перегорели. Панорамное окно портит мощный горизонтальный импост - когда сидишь, то взгляд упирается в него, а вида нет. Отличный вид только стоя)) Подъезд очень крутой. Пешком неудобно, только на авто. В доме 6 номеров, парковка рассчитана максимум на 3 машины. 3 номера с выходом к бассейну - хорошо, но бассейном могут пользоваться все жильцы, это немного смущает. Мы были в ноябре и были одни. Не знаю на сколько комфортно, когда дом 100% заселен.

Pobyt bardzo udany, piękne miejsce, napewno tu wrócimy.

Przede wszystkim genialna lokalizacja, chyba najlepsza opcja dla osób wybierających się do Tivatu 👌🏽 Widok z villi przepiękny o każdej porze dnia. Obiekt znajduje się ona na wzgórzu i wokół nie ma praktycznie żadnych zabudowań więc mamy ciszę i spokój Basen czysty , codziennie sprzątany. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, świetny kontakt o każdej porze dnia i nocy. W apartamencie są wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. TV Smart, Klimatyzacja, Kuchnia - nieźle wyposażona tj: kuchenka indukcyjna , patelnie, czajnik, naczynia , lodówka z zamrażarką.

Dojazd jest rzeczywiście dosyć stromy, więc dobrze mieć auto , jednak widok z góry rekompensuje wszystko 😊

Het uitzicht en het zwembad waren mooi – maar die zijn ook elders in de regio volop te vinden. —————— The view and the pool were beautiful—but such features are common throughout the region.

Teleurstellend verblijf – geen aanrader We hadden hoge verwachtingen van dit verblijf, mede door de prijs van €180 per nacht, maar die zijn helaas op vrijwel alle fronten niet waargemaakt. Hygiëne en onderhoud laten te wensen over. Het appartement was klein en duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. In de badkamer was schimmel aanwezig – een duidelijk teken dat schoonmaak niet serieus wordt genomen. Zeer matige uitrusting van de keuken. De keuken was karig ingericht: geen wijnglazen, slechts drie kleine pannen waarvan er maar één werkte op de inductiekookplaat, en onvoldoende bestek – voor ons gezin van drie waren er slechts twee vorken beschikbaar. Andere basisvoorzieningen ontbraken eveneens. Oncomfortabele sfeer. Er is een beveiligingscamera gericht op het zwembad en terras, wat een ongemakkelijk gevoel gaf. Onoverzichtelijke betalingswijze. Vooraf moest een klein bedrag per bank worden overgemaakt, en het grootste deel contant betaald worden bij aankomst. Dit voelt niet professioneel. Conclusie: Voor deze prijs mag je veel meer verwachten op het gebied van comfort, hygiëne en service. Wij raden deze accommodatie dan ook niet aan. —————————————————————————— Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We had high expectations for this accommodation, especially given the price of €180 per night, but unfortunately, it fell short on nearly every front. Poor hygiene and maintenance The apartment was small and clearly not properly cleaned. There was visible mold in the bathroom—a clear sign that cleanliness is not taken seriously. Very limited kitchen equipment The kitchen was sparsely equipped: no wine glasses, only three small pots (only one of which worked on the induction stove), and insufficient cutlery—for our family of three, there were only two forks. Other basic amenities were also missing. Uncomfortable atmosphere A security camera was pointed at the pool and terrace area, which made us feel uneasy.
