The view has been one of the best I've had while travelling. And The staff was so helpful that it was my 1st time here, and I felt right at home.

There's not much to dislike. At night, there are some loud dogs barking, but I sleep heavily, so it doesn't really affect me. Nothing the hotel can do about them they are from the house below.

Apartment was just great! Everything was clean, very comfy, great wi-fi. Receptionist at the front desk was more then great! Extremly polite and kind, always available and very helpful. There is also pool and sauna and gym that is great for some basic workout. All in all, perfect.

Serene beautiful sea view and lovely

The ambient environment, staff went far and beyond for me, Zelema the housekeeper cleaned my room everyday and had a charming smile at all times while doing her job, receptionist was very welcoming. They all had lovely smiles and were always on ground to help me at all times

Beautiful hotel for the price you pay

Property has beautiful views of the sea , depending which room you get. Nice pool area Lovely kitchenette space if you like to cook on holiday Staff were very professional & friendly, from all the places we stayed, Bayview had the best welcoming reception staff particularly Serbat (sp) and Nahet (sp) , nothing was too much for them.

Although location was good for us, we found some taxi drivers did not know exactly where the hotel is located. And there is a lot of cats roaming around, understandably the hotel has no control over this , but for someone with a cat phobia, this was a bit unsettling for me.

Difficult road to hotel, cold pool, but nice views.

They had washing machine and dishwasher and balcony. There were cats in the hotel, very cute and friendly! Enough space for parking. Nice view from balcony and pool. Close to cable car lower station.

Pool was very cold, you cannot swim longer then 2-3 minutes, not very pleasant. Sunbeds are quite dirty, they should be washed from time to time. Halways were also quite dirty, sometimes trashy even though there were plenty of cleaning ladies in the hotel. Road to hotel is quite difficult. Its steep, enough space for just 1 car to pass so very difficult in the summer when its tourist season. Better to choose location in the lower mountain closer to main road or city. Also don't expect spa or many pools here. There is small gym and sauna but it's far away from the main pool (just next to the reception) so its uncomfortable to go to sauna. You will have 1 main pool and 1 very small one for kids.

Okay experience, nice views, but lower value for money

Pretty views from the room, terrace and pool area. Nice private terrace from the room.

The room smelled like smoke and many things in the interior (e.g sink, door handles, sofa) were broken. Not fully related to the property itself, it was very difficult driving to the hotel and finding a parking spot if you arrived too late in the evening.

A good stay with great views. It's a bit more tired that the photos make out but still nice!

The views from this place were great. You get a stunning view of Tivat harbour.. as we did from our balcony which lovely having drinks on in the evening. The pool was quiet and a good size too. The staff were really friendly here and couldn't do enough for you - especially the waiters. The dinner here was really good and the service from the bar was exceptional!

Some of the decor felt like it was half done and there were bits of the property that were still covered with brick dust. There was a faint smell of cigarettes that seemed to come through the air con every now and again which made the room smell a bit. It didn't ruin the stay however. It's a bit of a drive and you need a car. Not a problem as there's plenty of free parking.

The location is fantastic, and the staff is excellent - it's really everything you could ask for.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is situated in a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the bay (see photos). The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant/pool area, were exceptionally attentive and service-oriented, contributing to a great overall experience. We initially stayed for the first four nights of our trip and later decided to return for one additional night after spending a few days in the mountains.

Some additional maintenance would help keep this property in good condition in the long run.

Dirty, broken and outdated.

- Staff was nice and changed our rooms after we discovered that it was completely dirty.

- Unclean and dirty. - Everything was outdated and broken. The pictures are not representing the reality. - Furniture was old and completely broken. - Windows were not soundproof so everything was loud. - Far up the hills and away from everything. - Food was described as homemade but was obviously storebougt and expensive. - The ”gym” was two yogamats and a cardiomachine. Totally false to describe it as a gym. Overall a one star motel that was very overpriced. Everything but luxury.

Nice Place

The place is nice, but location is quite hard to find. It’s located on the hill, the road is quite small to access. This is something you must put into consideration if you are not an experienced drivers, road are very nasty to drive, there is no way to avoid upcoming traffic without getting your own vehicle damaged. The staff are brilliant, they are very friendly and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed and loved the place, especially the food in the restaurant. Also highly recommend using spa and massage services at the hotel; the massage lady was brilliant at her job. Would highly recommend taking taxi or pick up service from the hotel rather than driving yourself.

There were a technical problems during our stay, not sure if that was the reason caused a very bad smell from sink, and bathroom.

perfect selection for visit Montenegro

We had the most amazing stay in Montenegro. The hotel itself was lovely, super clean, great pool with small jacuzzi and great food. The location is close to the airport, it’s actually lovely to watch them flying in and out. It is in the mountains so the views are stunning. Great if you have a car! The staff here are superb special thank goes to Sarcan. He helps us a-lot Everyone was so calm and friendly, great advice for places recommendations. Thank you so much

Beautiful relaxing hotel overlooking the Bay of Kotor.

We loved the room, the swimming pool and the staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the meal at the poolside restaurant as well as the pool drinks. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond helping us, which we appreciated in a foreign country. When we were returning our rental car, there was a big traffic jam and hotel staff helped us communicate with the car rental company and transfer company. This really helped us. I really enjoyed the juice and apples at reception.

Our hotel room had a kitchenette and clothes washer, which we loved, but it was missing some staples like laundry detergent, salt/pepper, olive oil, tea towels and oven mitts. We stayed at several hotels throughout Europe with kitchenettes and they all had these things. We asked for these items and they were able to provide some but not all. We had to buy tea towels, so it worked out but it would have been better if these were in the room. The glass shield at the pool was dirty and blocked the spectacular view. Also, guests left empty cans and bottles around their pool chairs (which we thought was rude) but these were not cleaned up even by the next day. Overall, we still loved the property and would highly recommend it.

Lovely base with everything we needed to enjoy our stay whilst exploring Montenegro.

The apartment was a great choice for us. The pool bar and restaurant were great to enjoy after a day of sightseeing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and had lovely views. We would certainly recommend renting a car when staying here as the property is on a hillside outside of town, and it was great to travel around and see different parts. There is ample free parking at the property.

A peaceful and luxurious stay with stunning views, amazing service, and everything you need for a perfect getaway.

I spent two weeks at Bayview Hills Luxury Residence and had an amazing experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, sofa bed, TV, and a lovely bathroom featuring a large shower. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view overlooking the sea, city, and pool was absolutely stunning. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and the staff truly made the stay special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. The food was also excellent, with a great selection of tasty options. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, and great service. I’d highly recommend it and would love to return

The only thing some guests might find tricky is the location, as it’s a little outside the main towns — but we rented a car and had no issues. Plus, the hotel offers a reliable shuttle service to nearby towns and beaches, which makes getting around very manageable.

Stunning views on the Kotor Bay and hospitality

The hotel is situated on the hill and offers a stunning view over the Kotor Bay. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen, AC and wash machine.

If you enjoy walking by foot one should count on 3 km to the main road with a shop and gasoline station. The road winds between the villas of locals who usually keep the dogs. Better to stay clear of the villas gates when you walk by foot especially in the evening.

Location is amazing if you have a car. Very nice stuff always ready to help. Restaurant food is pretty good and prices are amazing! It’s kids friendly, however mostly couples are coming here from what I’ve seen. Apartment has absolutely everything you may need during the stay which is amazing. On most days if you’re looking for actual relaxing vacation, there’s no need for leaving it. Huge compliments and recommendations for massages. It was amazing and well worth the money and time.

There are small things that have to be taken care of. For example door handles inside the Apartment and for the balcony, sun loungers and similar. Those are extremely small things to be fixed and can be changed within guests departures. Small things are making changes.

Beautiful view and kind staff, however there isn't anything "luxury" about it.

The view of the Bayview Residence was by far the most exciting! Definitely worth a visit if in the area. Breakfast was alright, however the staff in the restaurant is very welcoming and full of good energy! Helpful reception desk staff as well, trying to resolve all of the issues we had upon arrival.

Upon arrival we got the room that was not even close to meet any standards of a good LUXURY residence. It was dirty and disgusting for the lack of better word. However, the staff helped us with our problems and soon enough gave us another room that was looking much much better. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, but the staff was very kind so it evens out the feeling a little bit. Gym was a bit small, with not many possibilities since the treadmill wasn't working as well as the two bikes that were there. Location isn't the best, however we had the car so we deliberately chose to stay here. Lastly, the live experience is NOT AT ALL how it looks in the original photos. The only "luxury" at the residence is the pool with a lovely view of Kotor Bay and the sunset late in the day.

Worth every cent !

Close to the airport, cable car, and other lovely tourist attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful — they helped us arrange transport to most of our destinations (for an extra cost, of course 😄). Overall, I think it’s a really good price for such a nice and comfortable residence

The residence is located on a hill, so we couldn’t walk into town easily and had to use a taxi each time. It felt a bit too busy or awkward to get out on foot. That said, the drive was very short, and the taxi fare (around €8–€18) wasn’t too bad, so we didn’t really mind. Other than that, the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth.

Everything! We had an amazing stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help, offering great recommendations and even arranging transport and a personalised day trip to Lake Skadar. The room is a little bit small for a family of four however the amenities, the staff and the price paid for the entire 11 nights of stay was beyond what we expected. One of the best places I have stayed! The property is new, the host is very friendly, everything you need is available in each apartment, I mean everything!! The road was very dangerous and uncomfortable. The shower need an upgrade. The water sometimes become cold and the pool is not heated.
