Room looked beautiful. Bed was comfy. Staff work hard and try their best.
Shower door has obviously needed fixing for a while.
No drinking water in rooms.
Breakfast was awful. As if it had been cooked earlier and kept under a hot plate until being served. Couldn’t cut the bacon. Poor ingredients. Coffee very bland.

We were staying here before an event at Lumley Castle so we had lunch before we left. Food was amazing!!! Lovely comfortable clean room. We would definitely stay again and would even go just to eat. Lovely staff too 😃
Breakfast was great in the morning and the best waitress but I think she could have done with a hand. Cold water to help yourself too would have been good. Just so I didn’t have to keep asking.
