The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bed was very, very comfortable (and I’m picky). Great location in Gateshead and lovely Indian restaurant nearby (Spice Connection) and fab breakfast to set us on our journey.

Owner could not have been more helpful. A lovely man. Bed was super comfy and the morning coffee was good.
En suite would have been preferred, down 2 flights of stairs to bathroom.

The location was great. Short walk to Gateshead and only £6 taxi back!

The staff were very good and helpful
We got a room in the "attic" with a shared bathroom down 3 flights of stairs. There were no towels or hand drying facilities in the bathroom/ toilet.The location was not very good, it was difficult to get to due to roadworks.
